A beautiful, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse on the beach. A large living room with a 55-inch TV and a dining room that seats 6, featuring sliding doors, a south-facing orientation, and bright sunlight all day long. The property offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Air conditioning (cooling and heating) is provided in every room. A few additional electric heaters can be provided if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an utility room with a washer/dryer and a hot water boiler, featuring sliding doors to allow for natural ventilation throughout the apartment.

La Fragata is a fully gated community with beautiful tropical gardens and a large communal swimming pool, featuring 2 showers, sunbeds, umbrellas, and chairs.

Estepona is well known for its lovely beaches, just 20 km away; the fabulous Paseo Marítimo and the charming port and marina are just over 5 minutes’ walk away, with plenty of charming restaurants and a variety of cuisines to choose from.
La Messa Park is just around the corner from the property and is very popular for walks and the weekly Wednesday market, which offers affordable fruits and vegetables and much more. La Messa Gym offers long- or short-term memberships to help you stay in shape, plus there are many padel courts and popular coffee shops and restaurants open daily.

A few minutes’ walk down from the apartment, you’ll pass the supermarket and reach Puerto Marina, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, amenities, and the popular Sunday market. The seafood restaurant La Escollera, a must-visit experience right next to the fish market, is “very busy” and famous throughout the Costa del Sol.

A further 10-minute walk east along the beach, the stunning Paseo Marítimo, Rada Beach, and several chiringuitos will take you to downtown Estepona and the beautiful Old Town, which is dotted with many excellent restaurants and lively bars for you to enjoy. You can walk or cycle safely along the seaside.

To the west of the apartment, a 10-minute walk away, is El Cristo Beach, located in a delightful sheltered cove ideal for children, with two chiringuitos, the trendy Havana Beach and the traditional Lolailo, as well as ultra-popular, family-friendly long, shallow, sandy beaches.
