Located in a modern and elegant new promotion in the sought after area of LOS FLAMINGOS in Cancelada, on NEW GOLDEN MILE, beautiful bright 3 bedroom apartment. Ideally situated in a quiet area between the center of Marbella (10') and the center of Estepona (10'). The apartment has just been fully furnished and decorated with care!! It consists of a pleasant living room with access to a superb SOUTH WEST terrace offering an amazing unobstructed view of the mountains and the sea (splendid sunset over the mountain), super-equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom with dressing room and adjoining bathroom, as well as two other bedrooms (also with dressing room) sharing a second bathroom. The village of Cancelada has kept all its authenticity and its Andalusian style and offers a nice variety of restaurants. The village is within walking distance, however a car is recommended to get to the beach (1.1km) or go shopping (new Mercadona 2' by car). All the necessary comfort: SMART TV, WIFI (broadband internet connection - fiber optic), air conditioning/heating, electric awnings, shutters in all rooms, concierge, alarm, superb and large outdoor infinity pool with sea view (opened from April to October in case of no restriction in Andalousia), etc. .. Close to the most beautiful golf clubs in the region as well as the most beautiful beaches. The apartment is perfectly equipped for 6 people and comes with a free inside parking space allocated to the apartment. Available: terrace furniture, washing machine, crockery, foldable baby bed plus convertible baby chair, etc. The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning/sheet/towels. Possibility to arrange cleaning and change of linen during your stay. Quiet residence where organized parties are prohibited! Lovely Apartment, Lovely Pool, Great Village

Lovely apartment, great comms prior to arrival and throughout the stay. Lovely Balcony to sit on in the day or the evening and the pool was very nice! Location is lovely, the village is beautiful, with Great Spanish restaurants and food, we loved every meal we had. Would have no problem going back to this apartment again.

Fantastic Stay

I was over on business for a week and this property was everything I could have asked for. Clean, Spacious, Secure, Well Equipped with Great Views and Private Underground Parking. Good swimming pool area so its also great for families. Within the immediate area there are lovely restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacy. All in all, perfect for my needs and perfect location.

Apartment was immaculate. Had an amazing stay. Pool area beautiful (although needs more sun loungers ). Communication was amazing. A real personal touch. Highly recommend!

We love Cancelada!

Beautiful small apartment with fantastic views of mountains and sea, a huge pool with guard. Private parking, elevator. Well-equipped kitchen, own barbecue. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you Cedric and see you next time!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the mountains and part of the sea. We had a wonderful time there and would love to return. It would be nice if the two awnings could be lowered, so that the evening sun doesn't shine directly onto the terrace. Everything you need is there!Jill, who gave us access to the apartment and the key drop-off worked perfectly.My wife, my daughter, and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Nice Apartment near Estepona

The apartment was fitted out to a high level and all the equipment needed was there including a BBQ on the balcony. The balcony was a lovely place to watch the sun setting over the nearby mountains and look at the distant sea. The swimming pool was great too although it's a 2-3 minute walk. The nearby neighbourhood is interesting and it's definitely worth eating at the restaurants in Cancelada - about a 10 minute walk. My only negative comment is that nearby building work could be a bit noisy in the mornings. Overall I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Thanks, Christian and family from London.

You are right the pool is 150m away (+/- 2 minutes easy walk) and we like it that way so we don't have the noise coming from there. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The views from this property are simply breathtaking—think postcard-perfect sunrises and sunsets that make it hard to put your phone down (unless you're too busy soaking it all in with a glass of wine in hand!).The accommodation itself was equally impressive: tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Communicative, attentive, and genuinely kind, Cedric and Jill went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Beautiful Apartment

I will start with the positives which are that this is a beautiful modern apartment with fabulous views & a lovely pool area. It is in a charming village Cancelada which has some lovely restaurants & has most of the amenities you need. Unfortunately there is still currently development taking place & the site storage area was opposite the apartment & very noisy Work started at between 7am & 8am apart from the weekends so really affected our sleep. The checking out process was very poor. The management company rep did not show up. We had to leave the keys with the cleaners.

Yes the building work on the bottom of the hill might still be noisy for some people but its due to finish around end of 2024. The noise did not disturb the previous occupants but I understand the site storage 200m away from the apartment could be annoying if you sleep with open windows. Regarding the check out, Jill the management company rep had an urgency that day so could not attend but the cleaner is a member of their team and is fully trained for the job don't worry. As mentioned next time you come the building work at the bottom of the hill will be finish so it will be very quiet as you experienced over the weekend. You will be able to enjoy the fabulous views in a very quiet environment. Kind regards to the family and see you soon

That Sunday, our usual cleaning lady was off on holiday unfortunately - I noted you were not satisfied by the cleaning person who came as a replacement and asked the management team not to call that replacement person to clean our apartment in future. I’m truly sorry about it and that won’t happen again - it is true the communication was hard from the beginning as the management team and I don’t speak German and it was difficult for you to communicate in an other language. The BBQ was cleaned twice as you requested but it’s impossible to get it as clean as a new one - thank you for your understanding. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Kindest regards

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cet appartement récent qui dispose d’une belle terrasse ensoleillée. La vue est très belle vers les montagnes et la mer. L’emplacement est idéal, il est assez proche de la plage tout en ayant de la hauteur pour profiter du paysage. L’appartement est joliment décoré et la literie très bonne. L’agence qui s’occupe de la remise des clés et de la sortie est efficace et le propriétaire est joignable facilement pour un conseil. Nous recommandons ce logement.
