Hello. We finally left the apartment. Here are the things that made our stay miserable. On the first day when we arrived, after our long flight we wanted to take a shower. We quickly found out that for the 6 people that are staying we only got 2 towels. We then messaged the owner and he said that the towels will be brought right then. Later the owner said that the towels will be brought at 7:30am the following day. The towels didn't end up arriving until 11am. We payed for a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. We could not use one of the bathrooms because the shower door was broken, and the toilet was clogged up. After one day, in the other bathroom the shower door started breaking and the toilet was also starting to clog up. The towels that the crew brought had holes in them. The water in the shower was impossible to use because the water heater was working really bad. It was either really cold water or really hot water and it was impossible to take a normal shower. We had a 6 month old baby with us and it was impossible to wash him because at any moment the water can turn either really cold or really hot. We were not able to use the iron for our clothes because it was burnt and dirty. The location of the house is really bad. On the site the owner put that it is a 5 min drive to the center of the city (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or any historical place).
