Great stay

It was great! The location was awesome. Steps away from so many sites, taxi station, food places, McDonald’s, grocery, massage. Was air conditioned, and had an elevator.

Perfect Location

The apartment was an easy walk to the Spanish Steps. It was right in the middle of the upscale shopping. The apartment was beautifully decorated.

Would stay here again!

Great location. Clean space. More amenities than listed. The owners have this home so organized and we had everything we needed plus some. We found ourselves fantasizing we lived there!

Lose to Spanish steps

Location is excellent close to the Spanish steps all shops and good restaurants Good space and small balcony Apartment needs a good clean /place is pretty worn out . White furniture was filthy and the whole place needs some love Although we did enjoy our stay overall

Charming Stay at a VRBO Apartment near the Spanish Steps in Rome

Our stay at this apartment near the Spanish Steps in Rome was absolutely delightful. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The manager was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine and taking in the views of the nightlife below. Our teenage daughters had more than enough room with their own rooms. Overall, our experience was truly unforgettable and we our family was relaxed and comfortable the entire stay.

Chic apt but half toilet for men only

The sun-drenched apt., with its tasteful Fornasetti art, gorgeous antique desk and artsy standing lamps let you dream of living like a bohemian artist in Rome. Just note that balcony is too tiny for two and half toilet seat is pressed against the wall so better for males to do their business standing.

Great place in Rome

We loved this apartment! We had room for parents and two teen boys. One teen slept in the studio off the living room and the other slept on a fold out sofa in a small side room. We had a lovely bedroom with its own A/C. The apartment has AC in the living area as well, which was a big relief after a hot day touring. Fabulous neighborhood to stay in, so many places in easy walking distance: Spanish steps, Trevor fountain, shops and restaurants galore. It was heaven. It’s 5 floors up, had a great balcony and an elevator. Loved this place!

Property details a little misleading, great A/C

The photos are beautifully shot to be a little misleading. The apartment itself is run down in places. The beds are queens not kings and the pull out couch looked pretty old and uncomfortable (not white as pictured) so my daughter slept on the couch in the L/R which was large and comfortable. Main BR bed was very comfy, 2nd BR was comfy enough. There was a rain showerhead (not pictured) with screws pulling away from the plaster. Kitchen seemed nice with a dorm fridge but has an ant problem which we saw in the building entryway. The 2nd bathroom toilet is against the wall so uncomfortable and a big ugly hot water heater over the sink. Communication with the host was inefficient I reached out about the A/C and the bed sizes but no response. Reached out about checkout time twice. VRBO support was not helpful. One weird thing to happen was as we were getting packed at around 9:40 (checkout time is 10am), a person let themself into the apartment and started watering plants which felt unsettling and inappropriate. The AC was incredible -- Rome was exhaustingly hot and our apartment was always chilled. Unrelated to the apartment: The lobby door was often left open by other residents and we would prefer other neighborhoods -- Trestavere, Piazza Navona or the area around the Vatican. Cars are allowed on the street so it's convenient for airport pickups and drop offs.
