The Ortigara 16 Apartment is located in the center of Oulx: within a 500-meter radius (5 minutes walking) you will find all shops, businesses, and services, and you can also easily reach the train station.
On the first floor, spacious 115 m2 apartment consisting of an entrance, living room with a sofa bed with two single beds, balcony with view and exposure.
Available to guests is the Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).
Equipped livable kitchen, windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. The hallway leads to three bedrooms, two double and one triple.
Private ground floor garden.
Outdoor parking space in the house's courtyard.
Scientific deposit.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night is not included.
