Very good location but...

Very good location & very clean but the bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable & made quite a noise even with very little movement. There was a broken tile in the shower on the main bedroom too which is dangerously sharp.

Mold Problems

We had this location booked for four nights. We originally booked it for the location. However, after checking in, we quickly realized that we could not stay there. There is an overwhelming smell of mold throughout the apartment, especially in the upstairs bedroom. We found mold on the walls, lamp shade, and shower curtains. In addition, one shower had broken floor tiles and another shower had dead bugs and hair on the floor. In the small living area, there were about a dozen flies hovering in the center. We contacted Pedro, the property manager, about the issues. He offered to send a cleaning crew the next morning because he said the mold issues were all “superficial.” The problem was definitely more than superficial. He also told us that our reservation was non refundable, but he could give us a refund for the cleaning fee. What a joke! We were lucky enough to find another property about 15 minutes away because there was no way we were going to stay a single night inhaling mold all night. Overall, we were disgusted but also disappointed.
