Perfect family villa

The accommodation was exceptionally clean which was important for us travelling with a young child who was crawling around. The communication with the company was reassuring, accommodating and helpful. This was our first time staying in a villa now as a family of 4 with 2 young children and we are converts.

Very enjoyable holiday at this villa

Excellent location, compact but nice pool, clean villa. Close to a main road which was noisy but this didn’t bother us and is the trade off for a convenient location. Luis at Dreamvillas was very helpful More glasses and bowls etc would reduce the number of times the dishwasher has to be useful. A lock on the front gate might improve the sense of security.

Nice villa next to Pollenca

Nice villa with big garden. Bus stop, good restaurant and grocery store very close. Plenty of parking place, big terrace both covered and not covered. Own pool was luxury. Nights were super silent, no traffic noises into the house. Service from Dream Villas was just spot on, very responsive and reactive. Would be time tothe blankets or as a minimum have a deep cleaning for those. I also founded the fridge a bit sticky. We had difficulties with the electricity but maybe more due to weather conditions.

Lovely stay in Mallorca

Lovely home, with a nice garden and pretty terrace and patio. Central location as well close to everything. A good and easy contact upon arrival. We had a great stay. Would be nice for example if we did not have to buy toiletpaper (for example, refill it when changing the towels, when staying 7 days), now we had to buy a whole package, just for 1 rol etc.. To have some basic necessities like toiletpaper or salt and pepper in the kitchen would be nice. As we have to buy it and than not be able to take it back home. The bed in the main bedroom is pretty hard as well.

Perfect Spot!

We chose this house because of its location and description and size. It was exactly as described and was perfect for the two of us. Being able to walk into the lovely town of Pollenca in just 10 mins is brilliant and with bus stops outside if you do chose to use public transport it’s great for that too. The pool area is great with very good loungers and the sitting area under the vine is perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and lounge area comfortable. We used the BBQ a few times and it was very handy and placed in a good spot. We had a car and the driveway was easy and parking plentiful. Wi-Fi and TV was good if you use them. We had a few questions about the villa during our stay and we found the Dream Villa team very responsive via WhatsApp which is a really effective way of support. Nothing…..even the weather was great!

Der Service war einfach toll. Alle 2 Tage wurde der Pool gecheckt und gereinigt. Der Handtuchwechsel plus Reinigung nach 4 Tagen war super. Die Küchenutensilien, das frische Wasser und die Auswahl an Kaffee Kapseln und Tee zur Ankunft waren eine tolle Überraschung. So einen Service hatten wir bei anderen Unternehmen noch nie.

Sehr sch&oumlnes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Einkaufsm&oumlglichkeiten sind ganz in der N&aumlhe und der sch&oumlne Ort Polensa ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte Kontakt und sehr guter Service!

Süßes Haus mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt und dazu noch der tolle Pool. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel waren spitze und die nahe Straße hat uns absolut nicht gestört. Der Sichtschutz zur Straße könnte mal erneuert werden.
