Incredible views from our patio whIch is literally less than ten steps from the beautiful blue sea. This was the perfect accomodation for my wife and me.Also a special shout out to our host, Annette, who provided us with multitudes of restaurant suggestions and near by activities for us to enjoy.

Condo was great- view was stunning of water & St. John right out the patio door! The condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was well outfitted with beach accessories and the location was very convenient to everything and n the island. The owner is what set it apart. It was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs. Good restaurants and very convenient to get a taxi if you wanted to go off the premises. Can’t wait to come back!!

Island in Paradise

Owner of the condo and the on-site manager were very responsive and accommodating. We did experience two days of power outages very short couple hours owner without even asking gave us a credit which was not expected, but very nice of her. location was incredible step off your deck to the sand easy walk along the beach for snorkeling, swimming and walking to several restaurants. At the time we went the.Sargassum was heavy and the on-site maintenance had to rake the beach daily and couldn’t keep up we felt for them, but overall they did a great job, especially compared to Margaritaville and the prior week when I was in Belize. Snorkeling from the property saw several stingrays, tons of fish species and even unharmful jellyfish. The unit is a need of an upgrade, but we came to the island to enjoy the convenience to the water, sand and sunshine, which exceeded our expectation. The unit faces East so the morning sunrise was amazing just to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee so memorable.

Excellent!

We stayed 8 nights in building E. Our view was nothing short of amazing! The property is well maintained and the food at the grill was very good. We would not hesitate to stay here again. :)

Overwhelmed!

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary and spent 4 glorious days and nights in paradise! The condo was literally steps from the beach! Just a short walk away was a wonderful little bar and grill that served fish tacos that were out of this world. Our host, Annette, provided so much information about the local area restaurants, places to go and see, and heads up on things we need to know about the area. She was always responsive and prompt with answers to my questions. The condo itself was well equipped with the best and most modern decor, appliances, kitchen supplies, and everything else you might expect in a plush condo like this.We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful Place in paradise! We are thankful we had the opportunity to stay here and would love to return here one day!

Amazing Views & Good Communication

After taking a significant amount of time to look at places to stay on both St. Thomas and St. Johns, this was the best by far. Waking up every morning with your own kitchen and good patio space was amazing. We also appreciated the blackout curtains which allowed us to sleep in. You are also located right next to the ferries to St. John’s which was a very quick trip. Annette was very attentive and responsive to all of our questions and she was very knowledgeable about the island. The provided beach gear was also an added bonus that we loved. We would definetly recommend this location and plan to come back because of Annette’s hospitality.

Fun in St Thomas

Great time first time to St Thomas. Place was very accommodating although location was closer to boats where seaweed piled up so we couldn’t really enjoy the patio. Access to the resorts amenities , beaches were wonderful, just tough time of year with seaweed

Fantastic Time

We had a fantastic time. The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. It felt like home. Annette was a huge help and ensured we could explore as if we were locals. She gave valuable advice right from the start, and checked in on us from time to time to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could think of some things we did not even think we needed but were nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful host, wonderful property, wonderful time.

25th Wedding Anniversary

This property is wonderful with a awesome view of the water and St John. 5 places close by for food or a quick drive to Red Hook for many more choices. The condo has many amenities to use from all the cookware you might need to beach and snorkeling gear. Annette the owner was very helpful during the trip and helped us whenever we asked. We will be back! Thank you Annette for your understanding and hospitality.

We live in NYC and are lucky to have our own a piece of paradise on beautiful Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas! Sitting on our patio gazing out at the amazing view of St. John and the British Virgin Islands is the perfect counterpoint to life in the busy city. Since we are only a 3 ½ hour non-stop flight away, we try to visit as often as possible and have equipped our condo as a second home with everything you might possibly need during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests and will do everything we can to help make your vacation Picture Perfect!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
Sapphire Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with some of the best views. We have a beachfront pool and a marina with boats taking day trips to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, fishing charters, jet skis and parasailing; and a beach hut to rent kayaks and SUP's. There's a beach bar and grill on the property and a restaurant in the neighboring condo complex within walking distance so you can do as much, or as little, as you like without going far.

Our condo is located on a smaller, more private beach adjacent to the main one on the property which is only a one minute walk away. Our building is only 20 feet from the water and has the best views on the property. Since we are so close to the water, you can hang out on the patio in the shade or directly in front of the condo in the sun and have easy access for a cool drink or to freshen up. The only people on "our" beach are those staying in our building so you may even have the whole beach to yourself at times!
