A Room with a View

The 2-story condo had everything we needed. The view was fantastic, the condo was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, linens, etc... We spend most of our time on the beach but we enjoyed our coffee every morning on one of the two decks. Just what the doctor ordered!

Location, Location, Location

The location of St. Thomas Riveria could not be better! We were traveling with a large group of individuals and had the best location by far. Close to bars, restaurants, and many other activities. If you prefer not to leave the property, the beach is one of the best on the island and the restaurants are fantastic! The Villa was great, not as clean and updated as I had imagined; however, it was perfect for the occasion and the host was extremely kind and easy to work with. The experience was seamless!

Another awesome stay!

My family loves this property! The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is excellent. Everything from dining to activities are super close. Sitting on the decks in mornings and evenings is so relaxing. We were repeat customers and will stay again if come back to St Thomas.

Perfect Getaway

The pictures cannot fully display how beautiful this property is. The location has many amenities on site. Multiple areas to eat and drink with different feels, from casual to a bit upscale. Many activities and excursions leave from the dock right below the the unit. Could not have ask for a perfect location. Views are phenomenal. Terri was a amazing host and I would definitely rent this property again.

Nice location!

We enjoyed our stay here - sat out on the deck in the morning, watching the boat traffic & at night, enjoying the stars. The beach was nice- some kite surfing & decent snorkeling on the far right side of the bay. We had great communication with the owners & would happily stay here again!

Great location, great space

The property is just as advertised, great for a group and a very short taxi ride to Redhook and other beaches such as Coki and Lindquist. The property itself was clean and has plenty of room as well as all the necessities one would expect. The property manager was responsive and provided all relevant information timely. The beach is nice to hang out and the pool is a nice option!

Perfect spot for my family

The 2 level condo was great! Just the right amount of space for my husband and I along with 2 teenagers. The location was perfect and the view was what we wanted and needed. Ocean/beach/marina within steps of the condo. One of the best beaches on St. Thomas. Terri was very accommodating! Norma from housekeeping is a gem! Plenty of towels, gear, equipped kitchen. The only complaint but not a deal breaker, mattresses not the most comfortable but would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend, you won’t regret staying here.

Cabes Point PERFECT Getaway and lodging

We stayed at the property for 8 days and loved every minute of it. The grounds are super nice. We snorkled at the beach and saw stingray and tons of tropical fish. The lodging was perfect as well. Very clean and more than fit our family of 4. Two kids 13 and 11 slept comfortably on the couch/pull out in the living room area,.

St Thomas getaway

We loved the property! It was in close proximity to red hook ($4 per person in a cab) for plentiful dining options and being able to walk to the beach made for a great stay. Our group is already looking forward to planning another stay here in st Thomas in the future!

Perfect spot!!

Traveled with my sister and our boyfriends. Was plenty spacious to share with two bathrooms and the couch bed being on a different floor, it still felt private. Could not beat the location! Easy to red hook bars and the ferry. Always able to easily get a cab. Sapphire beach bar is awesome and the pool was gorgeous too! Terri was super helpful and responsive. Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here!!

Beautiful Condo on the Sapphire Bay Marina!

Stylish condo located a scant 200 yards from a beautiful beach and a quick taxi ride from the Red Hook neighborhood and the ferry to St. John. The owners were clear, helpful, and reasonable. Highly recommended!

Having a location just steps away from the beach offers the guest isolation from the noise and crowds which a beach unit cannot. This allows the guests the decision to be in a private peaceful surrounding, or to take a quick walk to the party. 🎉
