Welcome to this cozy cottage in Borgholm, Öland. The accommodation has room for four people and pets are also welcome here! There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. For cooler evenings, there is a fireplace that you can warm yourself in front of. When the weather permits, you can also grill food and have dinner on the terraceTo see and do in Borgholm and the surrounding areaAbout 150 meters away from the cottage is a beach where you can cool off in the sea after a sunny day. Or why not fish for the evening's catch? Only 1 km away you have Borgholm, here you will find restaurants, shops, cozy cafes and attractions. If you fancy a swim, there is Borgholm's cold bathhouse, which has existed since 1882.Good to know about the accommodation.•Electricity is included in the price.•Pets are allowed in the house•NO SMOKING!!•NO YOUTH GOUPS!!Extra service paid directly to the owner on arrival•Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be added to your booking: 200 SEK/person.•Final cleaning is not included in the price but can be added to your booking: 1200 SEK/stay.•Firewood can be bought from the owner for 50 SEK/bag.Please note:We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Shortly after your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification process.Before arrival you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. When purchasing the damage waiver, it covers costs up to SEK 5,000 if you cause accidental damage during a booking.
