It is located in a quiet street, but across the street, the construction of a new building produces dust and noise during the day. 3 metro stops from the center, blue line (3), airport-port of Piraeus. Near stop X95 Airport. Renovated, it has everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Enjoy every moment of your stay in ancient and so young Athens with us!
The accommodation
Our newly renovated (2022) 87 sqm apartment offers a fresh and modern retreat. Features include:
Bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200) and a living room sofa that converts into a queen size bed (180x200).
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, grill and radio. Enjoy filtered drinking water from a special tap.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (one small and one large) for your comfort.
Balconies: Relax on one of the two balconies, one at the front and one at the back.
Office: A dedicated workspace for business or personal use.
Internet and Entertainment: Fast 100 Mbps internet and a Smart TV with Netflix, BBC, TV5 and Greek channels.
Laundry: Washing machine and dishwasher included for your convenience.
Passenger access
Upon arrival, I will personally welcome you, show you around the apartment and show you how to use all the appliances. You will receive my phone number for 24/7 communication via the internet, for any assistance you need regarding the apartment or the city. Flexible departure times fit perfectly into your schedule.
