Wohnung: sehr gemütlich, gut durchdacht und stylisch eingerichtet; vorteilhaft: Klimaanlage, alles da, was man so brauchte (bis auf den Toaster ;-) optimal für 3-4 Personen Garage: fein zu haben, (etwas klein); Umgebung : quirlig, Empfehlung!!!!

Apartment location is convenient with newer appliances and comfortable beds and rooms. The clothes washer is a huge help for longer stays. It’s a higher floor apartment but elevator works well. The AC worked well for our needs. Shower large and bathroom clean.The check in is process was confusing and no one was on site to help: The address markers on the building are old and not overly conspicuous, especially at night and in the rain. Like most of the city dwellings, the apartment is located within a courtyard entered through a small door from the street, which is cut into a much larger garage door that opens allowing the car to pass through. The parking process was not described clearly. It was not explained that the same door you walk-through is the same door the car passes through to reach the parking space under the building!. Took quite a while to sort out, in heavy rain, without on site help and delayed text response times. Frustrating - not insurmountable - it just took a while.Once in, as described by host, the parking space is very very small. Measure carefully. We had a smaller mid size and it barely fit. Good luck!

Après un petit souci lors du check in (la porte automatique ne s'ouvrait pas), Alessandro a vite réglé le problème en nous envoyant les clés par coursier. L'appartement est superbe, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, la literie confortable et le garage appréciable bien que plus adapté aux petits véhicules. Le centre historique est à 3 stations de métro. Un petit "book" avec les adresses recommandées autour de l'appartement, quelques suggestions pour les visites aurait été un petit plus bien agréable.
