Another great stay at Marina Court

Our 2nd stay and just as good as the first time. Flat is in a great location with spectacular views overlooking the marina and Abbey Sands bay area. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids, plus our small dog. I'm sure we'll continue to come back to enjoy the area.

Great views

Lovely clean and homely apartment, beds were very comfortable. Amazing views of the bay and even provided binoculars so I could watch the racing. Parking on the road was fine but you have to be lucky. Good fitness walking back to the apartment from town but the cut through the garden made it much easier. Would rent again if in Torquay.

Amazing

Stayed with my son in July Everything about this place is amazing. Welcome bottle of prosecco (lovely touch) There is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. The views are absolutely stunning. Easiest way to sea front is down steps on rock walk.They are manageable and not that steep as some we went down.looking forward to coming back next year.

Great view of the bay

The view of the bay is fabulous. Both by day and night. We had some lovely sunsets that we enjoyed from the balcony. Being at garden level was nice. The apartment is well laid out, comfortable and had everything we needed. Adam the host is local and very helpful.

Great View!

We were really pleased to have such a great view over the bay and harbour, it was also lovely to see the bay lit up at night. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was good and the direct garden access was very useful to quickly get to the sea front, harbour and town, through the back gate. Overall we had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

I have been running Torquay Holiday Lettings with my partner for more than 13 years. We are small, independent holiday lettings specialist based in Torquay.
I manage No1 Marina on behalf of my owners and this property is all about location and its spectacular sea views.
As soon as my owners went into the property and saw the glorious view they both knew that ‘this was the one’.

When my owners viewed number 1 Marina Court they were blown away by its view. As they state "There always seems to be something going on in the bay, we overlook the harbour and enjoy the coming and goings from there. Almost straight away we bought two captains chairs so we could both sit with our feet up and enjoy the beautiful outlook. Having access to a garden was also a priority and Marina Court once more met this requirement. " The terrace overlooks the large sweeping garden and is accessed within seconds via a few steps.

Number 1 Marina Court is all about seaside living, the light and the views from the property. Combined with comfortable, spacious rooms, the view's, and the private sun drenched terrace, you really do begin to appreciate how beautiful Torquay is. Marina Court's position high up on Warren Road means you will never become bored with the ever changing scenery and picturesque outlook.
