Short Break

A good location a modern very clean apartment well equipped and nice decor. Only issue is parking seperate and only allowed 15mins to drop off luggage which could be an issue.

Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so pleased you enjoyed the apartment’s cleanliness, modern decor, and excellent location. We appreciate your comments regarding the parking. While the free parking just around the corner is a great bonus, we understand the 15-minute limit for luggage drop-off can be a bit restrictive. This rule is set by the building management and is unfortunately outside our control. However, guests are always welcome to collect the key first and then head to the parking, which can help make the process easier. We also do our best to inform guests in advance so they can plan accordingly. Thanks again for staying with us — we’d love to host you again in the future! Best wishes Sandy Shores

Nice new flat

Smart 1 bed flat. Lots of space for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Good for short stay. No patio or balcony unlike description. Convenient parking. It was difficult to find the reception to collect the parking permit - we went up a different staircase. You need to find the staircase forward from the lockbox.

Thanks for your feedback Fiona. We are working towards having the key and parking permit in the same lockbox to simplify the check in process. With respect to the deck/patio, this is communal and situated on the 4th floor. Apologies if this was not clear from the description. Best wishes Luana

I first visited Poole 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with the wide stretches of golden sandy beaches, the cosmopolitan food & bar scene and the stunning countryside in the nearby Studland area. It was during a fitness boot camp weekend that I decided Poole Quay is the ideal location to set up a holiday rental!

This beautifully presented haven is serene in every way. Built in 2023, it has all the contemporary finishings you would expect from a newly built apartment - a sleek open-plan kitchen / living / dining room, luxurious bedroom with dedicated make-up area and modern bathroom suite.

The interior is both nature and coastal inspired to complement the location.

The additional touches, such as a welcome hamper, high thread-count sheets and its unrivalled location make for an extra special stay in Dorset.
