Discover this cozy 54 m² flat in the heart of Nendaz, nestled within the beautiful 4 Vallées region of Switzerland. Perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests, the apartment offers a warm living room with a balcony showcasing stunning valley views, flat-screen cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal prep easy and enjoyable.

The flat features two bedrooms with two single beds each, a corridor with a bunk bed, and a living room sofa bed to comfortably accommodate everyone. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet. Additional comforts include a dining area, balcony, access to a sauna (extra charge), and shared laundry and ski rooms in the building. One outdoor parking space is available, and pets are welcome.

Located in the Pracondu residence, this modern complex offers ski-in/ski-out convenience just 100 meters from the cable car and slopes. Nearby, guests can enjoy the Spa des Bisses (200 m) and local shops (300 m). A tourist tax and security deposit apply, while guests can take advantage of exclusive Alpvision discounts on equipment rentals, ski lessons, and shopping.
