2013年に改装済みのアパートメントは、美しい18世紀の建物の2階と最後の階にあります。 セントマーチン港の絶好のロケーションと息をのむようなパノラマの景色で、あなたを魅了します。

4つの大きな窓を通って、ヨットの大群が目の前に数メートル離れたところを通り過ぎ、太陽が午後の早い時間から日没までアパートにあふれます。

部屋とバスルームはよく装飾され機能的です。 リビングルームでは、高い天井と美しい暖炉のそばで、島の手つかずのビーチを散策した後、暖炉の前でくつろぐことができます。

We had a great stay here and would highly recommend we appreciated the historic building its location and the sea views. The description is good and everything was as expected. Communication was easy and Dominique who met us was very hospitable.

Magnificent harbour views

Beautiful apartment with the most beautiful light reflected from the water; it’s lovely to watch the tide go in and out and see the boats arriving and leaving and the ferries come and go. The sitting room is comfortable to spend time in. The kitchen is very small so we didn’t use it much except the coffee machine (it is very well equipped for its size). The shower is good and we used the washing machine which was handy. Our son’s twin bed room was perfect for him; our room, upstairs, was atmospheric but we did both bump our heads multiple times on the beams all week! The garage is a 10 minute walk from the apartment in an underground car park. The overhead sign says 2m but unfortunately it doesn’t take account of the slope down, which naturally reduces the clearance by at least 2” and meant our VW van didn’t fit at all. We parked at a free car park some distance away and used the garage for our bikes. If you have a small car you’ll have no problems, if you have a van or a roof box you will struggle. Check in took a while, the agent was tied up with another client and sent someone else, so we waited an hour longer than advertised, and then by the time we went back and for to the garage etc it was a good two hours out of our day to get settled in. After that we had a great stay.

Super appartement au port de St Martin

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce bel appartement. Emplacement parfait, situé au cœur de l’animation de St Martin (tout en étant relativement silencieux),très très belle vue. Communication parfaite avec Dominique et procédure d’arrivée et de départ impeccable avec Brigitte qui est fort sympathique. Encore merci pour ce beau logement !

Great location

To be right on the beautiful harbour of St Martin was a dream, as was to spend the week in such a historic building. By standing at the windows we could enjoy wonderful views of the busy little harbour and of the sea. The nearby very secure garage was a real plus. We left our car there safely for the whole week. Although we only had dealings with her on arrival and departure, the property concierge, Brigitte, was kind and helpful. The kitchen area was functional but too small for the preparation of elaborate meals, which was a shame given the excellent nearby indoor market where wonderful fresh produce was abundant. We ended up eating out more than we had intended. Likewise the bathroom and shower area was small and not conducive to relaxed showering after a day out on the bikes. There was always plentiful hot water, Although the property was right in the heart of things, we were never bothered by noise. There was just a happy buzz which constantly gave us the holiday feel. That and the masts of boats sailing just meters away from the windows!!

Emplacement exceptionnel mais ca fait pas tout

L appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec vue superbe sur le port de st martin et l ocean plus loin. Il est agreable d y sejourné à 4 . Toutefois, l appartement a selon nous besoin d un raffraichissement et d'un suivi technique, notamment compte tenu de son prix : la table trop petite pour 4 est vraiment branlante, la douche meriterait d etre remise au goût du jour, la chambre du bas de rangement plus pratique et d un raffraichissement peinture. .. La cuisine est petite mais optimisée... pas très pratique pour cuisiner . Vaisselle pas très propre. Le séjour est tres agréable et charmant. Bref une bonne experience qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux

Gorgeous apartment in amazing location

Absolutely stunning views of the harbour and the water (we chose to eat in the apartment a few nights as it was even more spectacular than a number of restaurants along the water). Very nice and comfortable apartment right in the center. Be aware that the kitchen is very small with no microwave. Also the underground parking space they provided is not really usable for a large car, but there is free parking just outside the town so no big deal.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an einmaliger Lage

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung an wunderbarer Lage direkt am Hafen. Beim Check-in gab es ein Problem, da uns von der Vermietung für die Kontaktperson vor Ort eine falsche Telefonnummer gegeben worden ist. Dank der Hilfsbereitschaft der Nachbarn konnte das Problem dann aber gelöst werden. Brigitte war bei Problemen sofort zu Stelle und sehr freundlich.

Unbeatable location in Saint Martin de Ré

The apartment has stunning views, is beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. Being able to walk around St Martin and access other parts of the Island easily by bus or bike makes for a very relaxing holiday.

Idyllic apartment with beautiful views

We stayed here with our 5 year old son. We’ve stayed in St Martin’s harbour for the past 3 years, but the views from this apartment were second to none. Lots of home comforts and essentials like dishwasher, washing machine and iron to hand together with all the necessities like washing powder, dishwasher tablets and food condiments you require which is essential when travelling with a young child. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Vue et emplacement remarquables

Nous avons apprécié l’architecture et l’histoire du bâtiment. Ainsi que le calme, la vue exceptionnelle sur le port, l’océan et les couchers de soleil. L’équipement de l’appartement reste succinct, le lave vaisselle fonctionne mal, la hotte de cuisine est absente et le sèche linge inexistant. La seconde chambre est une mezzanine ouverte sur le salon, accessible par un escalier/échelle et dont le plafond est à 1 mètre du lit. La salle de bain propose une douche non fermée et est de ce fait humide. Cependant la disponibilité et l’amabilité du propriétaire et de la personne chargée de la conciergerie ont atténué une partie de notre ressenti.

Tolle Lage - leider sehr verwohnt...

Die Lage im Zentrum des Hafens ist wirklich toll. Leider ist die Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gereinigt. Küche und Bad müssten dringend erneuert werden.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful week on the Ile de Re in this lovely apartment. The location was perfect and the view amazing. We were able to watch lots of interesting harbour activity and were lucky enough to have the windows open in the lovely sunshine. We found the downstairs bedroom and the bathroom a bit small; we didn’t use the upper bedroom which was a bit larger but not so convenient. The living room was spacious and the whole apartment was well equipped. The arrangements with the owner Dominique and also Muriel who showed us to the apartment worked perfectly and both were extremely helpful. The local market was fantastic and there is a small supermarket opposite which was useful. The 2 main supermarkets were only a few minutes away by bicycle. We used Yootoo for our bike rentals (electric) and they were good, storing and charging our bicycles overnight. We would love to return to this apartment and the Ile de Re sometime, and would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect spot for a fun and relaxing vacation!

The location of this wonderful place couldn't have been more perfect! This has been one of our best vacations and the place, location and people of Saint-Martin-de-Ré were one of the reasons for it. The apartment is lovely decorated and has everything you need for a lovely stay. After a day filled with beach visits and biking it felt nice to come back to the place to just chill and maybe cook something for lunch/dinner. The apartment is bright and offers beautiful views of the harbor.Its big windows let in a nice ocean breeze. We loved that restaurants, markets and stores were in walking distance. Our kids enjoyed getting pastries and fruit for breakfast or some tasty ice cream for dessert. It was nice that we were able to bike or just walk everywhere. This is the second time we rented a beautiful apartment from Dominique (the other one was in Paris). It's always such a pleasure to talk to her and she makes sure that you have every information you need to start your vacation with no worries. Muriel who looks after the property on Saint-Martin-de-Ré is amazing. She welcomed us and gave us any additional information that we were interested in. We unfortunately ran into some dental issues with one of our kids and Muriel was wonderful at helping us to get a dentist appointment. There is no need to use your car during your stay. We parked ours safely in a free parking lot close by (walking distance) and only used our bikes on the wonderful biking trails on the island. Everything is pretty flat, which made it easy to explore the island or to take our kids on longer bike rides. There is so much to see and the beautiful beaches make it easy to relax. Thank you Dominique for letting us rent your beautiful place. Hopefully one day we can visit again!

Our Stay in St Martin 29/5-2/6

We have had a wonderful stay on Ile de Re. The apartment is perfect for a visit here and we enjoyed coming home each evening. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is small but no more needed and well equipped. The views from this property are wonderful. Plenty of good food, shopping, bike hire (which is a must) and boat trips nearby and a beach 10 minutes bike ride away. Muriel who looks after the property is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations. All in all we have had a wonderful time with very good weather too.

Très bel et agréable appartement au calme et vue magnifique. Une remarque : une seule clé disponible ce qui n'est pas pratique ; un des radiateurs ne fonctionnait pas et la bouilloire a dû être remplacée par la personne chargée de l accueil. A conseiller vivement malgré le prix un peu élevé.
