The space A bright open-plan studio of about 20 m² designed for two: a living area with a dining table overlooking the Arno, a sleeping area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom with tub, bidet and WC. Intimate, well-kept and full of character. On arrival you'll find a courtesy kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) for your first needs.

Good to know The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. Check-in by appointment from 2:00 to 8:00 pm (a supplement applies for arrivals after 8:00 pm); we're always reachable during your stay. The home has a boiler: for consistently hot water, we suggest showering one person at a time. The apartment is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): if you arrive by car, message us first and we'll tell you where to park.
