パノラマのサンテラスや窓からはサンタクローチェ教会の美しい景色を眺めることができます。
アパートメントは歴史的建造物の4階（エレベーターあり）に位置し、2015年3月に全面改装済みです。

歩いて数分で、ドゥオーモ広場、アカデミア美術館、ウフィツィ美術館、ヴェッキオ橋、シニョーリア広場、サンタクローチェ広場などにアクセスできます。

Great area from which to experience the sights and sounds of Florence. Emanuele was very helpful, pointing out excellent areas for exploration and eating. Great views from the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. There are a few stairs to the lift, but Emanuele hoisted our luggage up for us.

Beautiful Apartment!

Beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony to lounge on and enjoy our wine and cheese at night! Close to everything! Our host was friendly and very informative! We will stay here again!!

I loved the location! Though I had a bit of trouble at first communicating with Emmanuel when it was actually time to meet and check-in he was very informative. The apartment does not offer salt, bath soap or shampoo so we had to go get those basics. If I had expected that I would have packed some! All in all the location is perfect, it’s clean and having a lift was great!

I stayed here the night before I proposed to my fiancé and this was the perfect start to our romantic getaway. The property is in a terrific location and Emanuele was a great host and met us upon arrival. He showed us everything there was to know about the property and surrounding sights. He recommended a terrific restaurant that made our experience so perfect. My fiancé and I cannot wait to come back and stay at this same property. No complaints at all, everything was beautiful, clean, and perfect. Thank you, Emanuele!

The apartment was a great location close to museums and wonderful restaurants. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the city very much!

Convenient location in a bustling neighborhood.

Description and photos accurate. Clean and well organized. You need to walk up 20 steps to access the lift to 4th floor. Location for touring the city is excellent. Many nearby restaurants and gelato.

Our stay in Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuelle’s place. Perfect location to walk to everything. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful outdoor patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine at the end of our long days. Highly recommend this apartment while visiting Florence

Great time in Florence!

This apartment is perfect as far as location, space, cleanliness and overall experience goes. The host met us in person and gave us his personalized input on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend!

Very cute!

Cute little apartment, well situated with comfortable bed. Only challenge was the stairs before the elevator - tricky with heavy suitcases - luckily, checking in we kindly had help thanks to Emanuele’s father. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Wonderful apartment close to Duomo

Cute, clean apartment super close to EVERYTHING you need in Florence. Lively neighborhood and walkable to all major attractions. Bonus for AC and a washing machine. Loved this apartment and Emaneule was a great host!

Great Location

The property location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a comfortable walking distance. It was a bit small for the 3 of us - my husband, myself and our 21 year old son, especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

Centrally Located in Florence

This is the perfect apartment when staying in Florence as it is centrally located. Host is very communicable prior to travel and welcoming and detailed on arrival. The apartment is very well equipped and features a balcony area that looks over the city skyline as well as air conditioning and elevator (rare in many old buildings). We would absolutely return to this apartment.

Located in historical centre: taxi/airport transfer unavailable.

The location is near all the sites. However it was impossible to get a taxi/transfer to airport to pick us up which caused us aggravation and stress. Unlike other appt in Europe, this one had no amenities, not even hand soap after travelling. Therefore, plan your stay in consequence.

Perfect location

This apartment has everything you need. The air con was so important due to the very hot weather.The balcony for the evening was a great place to chill with a glass of Chianti. There is nothing not to like. In the historic centre, surrounded by great restaurants , everything within walking distance including the station. Faultless.

Excellent location

Lovely little one bed apartment, just 2 minutes from the cathedral. Balcony has views towards the Santa Croce church and Piazzale Michelango to the south and is a nice place to relax after a long day sightseeing. Comfortable bed with chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a lift but there are 20 steps up from the street before you reach it. The air con was underpowered and the apartment in general could do with some paint and a freshen up but we would stay here again.

Ylenia, my co-worker, is an essential part of my team!
She was born and raised in Florence as well as me.
She graduated in “Economics and Management” and specialized in Science of Tourism.
She is available to solve any doubt or questions you might have from the booking to the check in/out

We both love to travel around the world because we think that there is no better way to learn and increase our knowledge . This is the reason why we believe that contact with people from other realities is essential in order to understand the world in which we live.
