The apartment is located in the centre of Caorle directly at the sea. Lovingly renovated, modern furnished and with an own parking space you can enjoy the unique sea view from the living room and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The offer is completed by a bathroom with shower, washing machine, a bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the spacious living room and a TV set with satellite connection and Netflix.
The beach can be easily reached via the promenade in less than two minutes, shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants by crossing the street in the traffic-calmed zone on the north side of the building.
The apartment is designed for two to three adults or for families with two children.
Attention: the sofa bed has been replaced with a larger double bed (180x200).
