The Old Homestead is restored beautifully with hints of contemporary and old world decor.
Situated approximately 2.5km from Ballyporeen village, the ancestral home of the former president of the United States, Mr Ronald Reagan, 10 minutes from the M8. Centrally located 40 minutes from Cork, 60 minutes from Limerick and 80 from Kilkenny and Waterford. Local tourist attractions close by include The Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle , Swiss Cottage, Mitchelstown Caves and Lismore Castle. The views are panoramic from this property showcasing the Galtee, Knockmealdowns, Slievenamon, The Comeraghs and the Ballyhoura mountains. The home is a hideaway for couples seeking a quiet and tranquil setting.
Ideally located for golfing and hill walking breaks. Separate secure lock up area for holiday equipment.
There are 2 furnished patio areas and a separate picnic area to capture the landscape.
