Daplace Allegra Apartment is an elegant 230 sqm residence in the heart of Rome, just 10-minute walk from Spanish Steps and from the historic center. This home offers five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three renovated bathrooms with shower, a cosy living room, an equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a charming balcony overlooking Via Ulpiano.

The apartment accommodates up to 13 guests in its renovated spaces on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator. It’s perfect for groups. Here’s what awaits you:

14 of us stayed here in June 2026 and it was great. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was such a relief after the sweltering heat. We didn't really use the kitchen much, aside from keeping a few grocery items refrigerated. There are 2 small refrigerators instead of one bigger one, which was fine for our needs. The comments about the shower heads in other reviews are accurate, the water pressure was a little inconsistent but fine. The mattress in our room was a little saggy but comfortable enough. It was quiet and in a great location, with nearby restaurants, a grocery store less than a 10 min walk. I'd say 14 people was a little tricky with 3 bathrooms but we made it work and this was a great choice!

This place was perfect for our family of 11. It's so roomie and it was enough space for everybody not to be on top of each other. The pictures do not do this place justice. I will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has a large table that sit 12.

We specifically booked this large property for our group of 12 (7 adults and 5 kids) to stay together, but the experience was a disaster. Upon arrival at 11 PM, the property was completely filthy and unready—beds were unmade and dirty towels were everywhere.Because the host could not provide a clean home, we were forced into a 1 AM emergency relocation to a hotel. This split our family into 6 separate rooms, forcing young children to sleep alone in rooms—a major safety concern for us. The late-night chaos meant we only got to sleep after 1 AM, causing us to miss our non-refundable 9:30 AM Vatican Museum tour the next morning. This was a direct financial loss of €360 plus the cost of the emergency hotel rooms. While the host eventually processed a room refund, it does not cover the stress, safety issues, and ruined plans caused by their negligence. Proceed with extreme caution.

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The sheets and towels did not seem freshly cleaned and had a used smell. Additionally, all three bathroom showers had issues with clogged shower heads and hand wands, which affected water flow. With better cleaning and maintenance, the stay would have been much better.
