The chalet features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so that everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort.
The space
Experience ultimate luxury and comfort at this exclusive villa, perfect for a memorable stay with friends or family. This high-end accommodation, sleeps up to 8 people, offers everything you need for a relaxing and stylish vacation.

Villa highlights:
• 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. Upon arrival, the beds are made.
• A private beach and private jetty, ideal for a refreshing dip, a boat trip or simply enjoying the water.
• A private boat with 25hp (extra to rent) that you can use from 1st of may until end of october. No license needed.
• Sauna and Jacuzzi with great views for ultimate relaxation, whether you want to warm up after a fresh day or bubble under the stars. Unlimited wood available at the house!
• A decor reminiscent of a luxury hotel, with carefully chosen furniture and finishes that exude a modern and refined atmosphere.
• Water sports amenities available such as kayaking and sup boards.
• Charging electric cars possible at private charging point.
• Possible to come with a larger group (16 people) by renting the other house (Lakehouse Moss) on the peninsula.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a Quooker for boiling water and a cozy coffee corner with a Nespresso machine – ideal for a relaxing morning with a cup of coffee while overlooking the water.

For the active vacationer, there is plenty to do in the area. In winter you can ski (ski resort is a 7-minute drive away), take a snowmobile ride or even take a husky trip. In the summer there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing or golf (a 7-minute drive away is a beautiful golf course). The chalet also has its own boat that you can rent to explore the lake.

Lovers of water sports can indulge themselves: the chalet has two kayaks and two sup boards for you to use freely. You can also swim in the lake that is directly in front of the door. The house is suitable for both young and old and offers the perfect blend of luxury, nature and comfort. You can also rent a Pioner 15 motorboat with 25hp. The boat is available from 1st may until 30th of october. Due to weather conditions this can change.

You can charge your electric car in front of the house with a private charging point. A supermarket is a 10-minute drive away, along with some restaurants. Everything is right at your fingertips!
Other things to note
- Student groups are not allowed. Minimum age is 25.
- In wintertime, snow chains are advised.
- Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the couch.
- Jacuzzi must be emptied in the winter after every use due to the risk of freezing.
- Are you coming in the winter months and would like to do a husky tour? Make sure you book this in advance! For more information you can always send me a message.

Route by plane
There are several airports near Vrådal where the lakehouse is located. After arrival at the airport you simply rent a car for the drive to the house (Tip: rent an electric car, this is often cheaper and you can recharge at the house!). Depending on your flight, you can choose from the following options:

Via Oslo Airport (OSL)
Approximately 3 hours drive to the lakehouse.

Via Sandefjord Airport (TRF).
Approximately 2.5 hours drive to the lakehouse.

Via Kristiansand Airport (KRS)
Approximately 2.5 hours drive to the lakehouse.
