This is the fourth year in row we have let this wonderful house! It feels like we are at our home in Austin. There are always some nice welcome treats when we arrive after a long journey. If you are looking for a quiet restful home close to all that Austin has to offer, this is your place.

Excellent location

Perfect house for our stay w/ our family and kids. Backyard is a treat for kids and the porch overlooking the quiet street is a huge plus.

Great location and residence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bridle Path location. It is a great location right outside of all the great restaurants and places to visit in Austin. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in visiting Austin. Plenty of room and it’s cozy.

Great house with a great location!

Very spacious home with all the features one needs. The pictures and descriptions of the home were spot on. Proximity to town and lake were awesome. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Austin!

Beautiful home

We had such a great time at Mark’s home. It’s very close to center city! We loved both patios and the quiet neighborhood. This house is a slice of heaven in the perfect location.

Home away from Home

This property is perfect for a long weekend getaway in Austin. The entire house was clean and spacious. Very safe neighborhood and a short drive into the heart of the city. Would recommend!

Best of Austin Stay

Really special house in one of Austin's best residential areas just west of downtown and several blocks from Lake Austin. Two large covered outdoor gathering areas. Very responsive host. We will stay again!

Fabulous Home in Tarrytown!

This home was perfect for us during a family wedding weekend in Austin. It was exceptionally lovely and exceeded expectations! We are so grateful for the hospitality of the hosts who left us a lovely gift basket of chips, salsa, selters, and wine. We highly recommend this central Austin home!

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood

Home was as described on VRBO. Very clean with well stocked kitchen. Several comfortable gathering places throughout home and roomy dining area. Neighborhood is upscale with nearby grocery and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property & exceptional hosts!

We had the most wonderful experience at this property for my son’s graduation weekend. The house was clean and exactly as described with everything you could possibly need. The outside area is perfect. The hosts are so quick to reply that you have zero worries. You will love it here!

Perfect for a friends reunion

Very easy check in and check out process. The owner was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with! Multiple places to hang out within the house or outside. My group of friends/spouses had a fun and relaxing time while at this property! 5 stars!

Perfect for a Group

My 5 business partners and I visited for a long weekend to enjoy Austin and also have our mid-year meetings. Each of us had our own room with nice accommodations. Check in process was easy and welcome basket was a nice touch. The house was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood close to all Austin has to offer.

Perfect family home in lovely neighborhood!

This home is lovely, large, and comfortable inside, but what is really exceptional are the outdoor spaces. The front porch is large with comfortable furniture and looks out on the most beautiful tree lined street. The back outdoor space is also large with comfortable furniture, a fireplace and a grill. Mark & Darla were a delight to deal with and made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend!

Perfect Experience

My wife and I along with my three other adult children and their partners came to Austin to celebrate my oldest daughter's wedding. The home was perfect. And the owners were kind enough to allow us to host a small dinner party for our new in-laws and some out of town guests. Everyone was impressed with "my" house. Thank you adding to a perfect weekend in Austin.
