美しいスタジオは、歴史的な地区の中心部、ナンタケットで最も望ましい通りの1つにあり、レストラン、ショップ、美術館まで徒歩圏内です。 ONLY Nantucket Magazineの2017年夏号に掲載されました。 家は1900年代初頭の古い消防署の元の場所にあります。 67オレンジストリートは、オーナーであり、デザイナーである共同オーナーがインテリアに触れた名工です。

スタジオアパートメントには、専用の入り口、2つの大きな窓とガラスパネルドア、ダブルベッド（埋め込み型の読書灯と簡単にアクセスできるスプリング式パワーアーム付きのカスタムマーフィーベッド）、ハンドヘルドノズル付きの大きなレインシャワーヘッド付きのフルバスルーム、ソファ、コーヒーテーブル、大型スマートテレビ、個人用AC /暖房サーモスタット。 

効率的なキッチンがあります：最上位の電気レンジ、半分の冷蔵庫、たくさんのキャビネット、2つの回転椅子付きのハイトップテーブル。 ドレッサーと小さなオフィスの2つのクローゼットがあります。 外観には専用屋外シャワーがあります。

Perfect ACK Getaway

Studio Stay

We loved our stay at the studio in Nantucket! It had everything we needed and it was the most perfect location. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the water and more. I would highly recommend this rental and location.

Lovely location!

Such a wonderful experience staying with Mike & Marianne. They were gracious hosts, available when necessary, while also providing plenty of privacy. The location could not be better. Picturesque street walking distance to everything in town. We cannot wait to stay again!

Great Vacation Spot!

We loved our stay on Nantucket. Marianne was wonderful! Communication was great, the modern studio was everything we expected and more. It was walking distance to downtown but just far enough where it was quiet at night. We certainly will be back.

Perfection!

Our stay was as perfect as a weekend getaway could be. Marianne greeted us so warmly, we felt right at home. The property was spotless and she provided us with everything we needed and more! 10/10 experience and we will certainly be staying here again!

The home is on the original site of an old firehouse back in early 1900’s. The Orange Street studio was built by the owner, a master craftsman with interior touches by the co-owner, a designer, is evident in all of the beautiful details throughout the house.
