Oceanna Condos de Mar is located in the Cerritos area and is ideal for a vacation, with direct access to the beach in front of the complex. It features the following amenities: 2 swimming pools with a wading area (one heated), a rooftop garden with a hot tub, a breakfast nook, a barbecue area, and a lounge area. There are also pergolas with barbecue grills, hammocks, exercise equipment, and an elevator.
The room is on the third floor with a separate entrance in Section B. It features a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with Netflix, a full bathroom, a small balcony with a partial ocean view, and beautiful views of the city and the amenities.

There’s also a barbecue grill (which costs $300 pesos to reserve) that must be booked 24 hours in advance and is available for 4 hours.

Across from the complex is a bike path where you can go for a walk or work out.
You’ll also find restaurants serving steak, seafood, birria, breakfast, coffee, pizza, hamburgers, and fried chicken, as well as a pharmacy and convenience stores just a few steps from the complex—no need to use your car. Some restaurants are located behind the pharmacy.

Watching life go by from the balcony, taking a stroll or going for a run on the beach, dining by the pool, or hosting a conference with a beautiful view of Mazatlán and a partial ocean view, watching the beautiful sunset from the rooftop garden—among other things— are things you’ll be able to enjoy and experience during your stay.
