This flat was amazing. The host was very communicative and check in was easy. The neighborhood was so nice and safe, and it was close to two tube stations. Marylebone is such a good spot and we were able to get to other neighborhoods easily. There was coffee pods waiting for us, water in the fridge, and enough toilet paper to last all four of my friends and I for our five days. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean, and newly renovated. Overall, would recommend to anyone.

We liked the location of this property and the interior was well decorated. That said, we had multiple problems. The host was quick to try to remedy them but the issues piled up. There were very few amenities - no cooking supplies (no salt, pepper, cooking oil), no coffee, no shower supplies, we had to hunt down toilet paper in an above hidden closet (they left us with one roll). There were no trash bags for the kitchen garbage and no garbage can at all in the bathroom. During our stay, the drain was clogged in the shower and after a three minute shower the bathroom would flood with water. The toilet seat nearly fell off. And lastly, they only gave us one key and didn’t have another one when we asked so my husband and I had to coordinate exchanging one set of keys when we had different schedules (he was there for work) - he was locked out of the apartment on two occasions for nearly an hour. I think I’m a pretty easy going traveler and have rented places in many, many locations and this one was very frustrating. London is expensive and to have so many issues for the price tag was pretty upsetting.
