Perla e-vision is not a standard boat, it exudes a luxury and quality that can be seen and felt everywhere. Both rooms have all necessary amenities including a desk to work at, airconditioning and a television (living room: 65 inch that folds out of the ceiling). In addition to this the bathroom is stylishly decorated and a equiped with a rain shower. The yard offers a Pergola for shade/rain during dinermoments and it also features a 6-person Barrel Sauna as your own private spa.

The futuristic shape of the Catamaran yacht is an eye-catcher
and it fits in perfectly in the private garden area! You have to enter this Catamaran yacht yourself to get the feeling.

The yacht comfortably accommodates 4 people:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200)
1 spacious double sofa bed (160 x 200)

Listing acces:

Privacy is guaranteed thanks to the design, the location on the park and the fence around the property.

Additionally, you have unrestricted access to the entire yacht, providing your stay with a sense of exclusivity and comfort.

At the yacht, there is a key safe that allows you to check in on your own and decide your arrival time, after 4:00 PM. We share all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please inquire about the possibilities. (Organizing parties is not allowed in this accommodation).

The area is known for its tranquil and natural environment, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Vinkeveen is not far from urban areas like Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for those who want to combine nature with the proximity of urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife. Furthermore, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options are nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Accessibility:
Motor vehicles cannot reach the accommodation directly, allowing you to enjoy complete tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveen Lakes, surrounded by nature, birds, and serene silence. A 900-meter walk from the parking lot will lead you to this delightful location. Upon arrival, you can rent a cargo bike, allowing you to effortlessly transport all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 3 free bicycles for your use (at the property), making it easy for you to cycle to and from the parking lot. The bikes are good enough for a quick up and down to the supermarket, but not for long journeys. Upon reaching the parking lot, you can safely leave these bikes. Additionally, 10 large carts are available in the park for complimentary use.

Parking:
You can park for free on the road in front of the harbor from October 1st to March 31st. Outside this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the disk parking zone between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. It is possible to park your car in a large parking lot opposite the park for a fee. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot opposite the park is €10 per day.)

The property is located on the well-known Vinkeveense Plassen, with a unique and centrally accessible location. It offers a sense of vacation, privacy, tranquility, luxury, and freedom. Perfect for water and nature enthusiasts, the location is ideal for activities such as boating, fishing, sunbathing, and swimming. With 4 official sleeping places and room for 4 people, it is ideal for friends or family looking to stay overnight. The garden is equipped with a large table beneath a beautiful pergola overlooking the water, loungers, a comfortable garden set, and a freely usable barbecue (don`t forget your own charcoal). A fire pit is also available. For an additional fee, you can rent a boat or SUPs from us to fully enjoy the Vinkeveense Plassen.

At the beginning of the harbor, you can enjoy a drink and a snack from the small menu on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, Thuisbezorgd offers numerous options for waterside dining. If you crave city life during your stay, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by car (or taxi) in just 20 minutes from the parking lot, making this tranquil oasis on the Vinkeveense Plassen the perfect base for both serenity and a bustling city life. Take a look at the provided facilities and discover that you won`t lack anything during this perfect getaway.

General Behavior Rules:
- Normal interaction with fellow residents and users of the park.
- No noise disturbance to fellow residents (quiet hours on the park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No theft or misuse of others` belongings.
- Avoid improper parking and/or ignoring parking instructions.

In case of excessive behavior and failure to comply with the rules, you can be immediately removed from the accommodation.

Any damage to third-party property will be directly charged to the responsible party.

FYI: We accept dogs, but unfortunately no cats due to possible furniture damages.
