The Dining kitchen is on the ground floor then upstairs to a spacious, comfortable living room with the bedroom and bathroom also on the first floor.  The bathroom has a great shower over a bath, and the bedroom has a double bed - what more do you need for a quiet break in York?

There is parking for one car in front of the house but the house is also a very short walk from York train station.

Close to the city centre - only a few minutes walk from Micklegate Bar.  Close by there is a small Sainsburys, and an Everyman Cinema, as well as a selection of quieter pubs and restaurants, before you head into the centre.  This is well located to access the York Racecourse if there is availability during the race season.
