Perched on the upper floor of one of the family complex houses, this apartment features a charming balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the harbor. We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here. The area is very peaceful and has lots of nearby restaurants. There is also a beautiful view of the sea which can be seen from the balcony. We also found it useful that some detergent and a washing line was provided. Finally Sofronios’s communication via text was great, and he is very helpful.

The apartment's location is excellent

The apartment's location is excellent: centrally located and close to the most beautiful beach in Kassiopi, Bataria Beach. A 30-second walk down the rocks to the sea. The apartment is spacious and has air conditioning in the bedrooms.

This was a fantastic place to stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We stayed for a week in August and for snorkelling and lounging on rocks it’s an amazing place to relax. The flat is 30 metres from the water and right by the vibrant harbour. There was no noise from restaurants etc at night though which was great. You can swim and sunbathe on the rocks right outside the flat. It was an easy bus ride from corfu to get to the flat. Inside it is clean and perfectly functional with lots of space. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay here again

Die Unterkunft ist prinzipiell wie beschrieben, allerdings ist die Einbauküche schon etwas älter, im Bad kann man das Fenster nicht offen lassen, weil es stinkt im Hof. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und wir wurden ständig durch die Nachbarn darüber gestört bis nachts um eins. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen, abseits der Hektik und trotzdem gleich am Strand und im Getümmel. Wunderschönes Meer, tolle Bucht. Toller Hafen, nette Tavernen, gutes Essen, freundliche Atmosphäre. Wir können es sehr empfehlen auch wenn der Preis sehr teuer war für die Ausstattung der Unterkunft

As you correctly mention, the apartment is located in the centre of the port, which is one of its main advantages as everything is within walking distance. However, this also means that there are people, activity and the normal sounds of a lively area nearby. This is an aspect that guests should take into consideration when choosing a centrally located accommodation, as it is part of the character and convenience of staying in such a location. The USP of this property is the location. A short walk to beach, lovely cafes and shops. The apartment itself was clean and had excellent air conditioning in the bedroom. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight, in pitch darkness, my husband and I are elderly, fortunately the lovely taxi driver stayed until we found the right apartment and helped us up a couple of flights of stairs with our luggage!! The host didn’t make contact during our stay.
