This delightful Cornish cottage situated in the market town of St. Austell, walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes and bakeries.
Bells cottage set in a central location, ideal for couples and families wishing to explore the coastal pathways and beautiful seascapes, short road trip to Charlestown, Mevagissey, Eden Project, Carlyon Bay.
Just 5min walk to train station. Take a train ride - soak up the views on your way to favourite coastal destinations: Falmouth, St.Ives, Truro.

About the property.
Enter the double-fronted cottage and into the dining room; this spacious room is wonderful cosy and features a large table and chairs, perfect for family dining. Next door is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to snuggle up and watch all your favourite programmes. Back through the dining room is the light and bright kitchen, complete with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. This leads onto a utility area which is perfect for storing muddy boots or dog bowls.
Upstairs, you will find three generous bedrooms. The first is a double with an en-suite shower and WC, and you’ll also find a single room and a double room. Next door is a family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

I am beauty therapist and my husband is retired. We put heart and sole into this cottage. We live in Northamptonshire.

We love Cornwall. So much to do and see all year round. Beautiful coastal walks, beaches, cycling lanes.

Have you heard about this amazing place?

Three fine late Neolithic or early Bronze Age stone circles arranged in a line, a grouping unique in England.

Hurlers Stone Circles are probably the best examples of ceremonial circles in the south west. According to legend, they are the remains of men petrified for playing hurling on a Sunday.

Do not forget your rail card and enjoy Great Western Rail depends where your heart wishes to take you: Truro, Falmouth, St Ives, Hayles, Penzance, Newquay, Liskeard, Looe, Bodmin, Plymouth, Cardiff, Edinburgh, London.

No worries about driving, traffic, looking for parking spaces or fees. You can enjoy drink or two.

For sun worshipers we recommend Carlyon Bay beach. Its 5 min drive, parking fee £5. Long beach with plenty pop up restaurants and bars. You can bring your own cool box but if not - don't worry. You can find great food here: hot sandwiches, fish and chips, pizzas, seafood, salads, pasties and varieties of ice creams.

After your day out just chill in the garden and listen to church bells ringing.
