This delightful 95 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the -1 floor and has a lift access.

This home features an open, modern living area that makes it immediately easy to feel at home. The living room is a great place to unwind with a TV after a day of exploring the city.

The open-plan kitchen is perfect for enjoying meals together while socializing, and it comes fully equipped with cookware and utensils. For your convenience, you’ll also find a cosy sunroom with a washing machine and laundry essentials.

The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a work desk, ample storage space, and a lovely balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for friends or family, featuring two single beds, plenty of storage, a private balcony, and blackout for a restful night's sleep. It also includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Just down the hall, the shared bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay hassle-free.


All the windows are fitted with reflective film to ensure privacy and reduce the temperature.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and culture. Surrounded by mountains and the ocean, it’s ideal for outdoor activities and sightseeing. You can wander its charming streets, visit historic sites like Sé Cathedral, or explore the Mercado dos Lavradores for local produce and crafts. The city’s botanical gardens and scenic viewpoints provide stunning views.

Funchal is also known for its delicious cuisine, with dishes like espetada and bolo do caco. The city’s relaxed atmosphere and lively festivals, such as the Flower Festival and New Year’s Eve fireworks, showcase its vibrant culture. Whether you're hiking or enjoying the local food, Funchal has something for everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Lido (lines 01, 02, 04, 05A, 9, 48, and 61), is just 250 meters away.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
