This cozy 36 m² apartment is perfect for up to six guests, offering a fully-equipped and comfortable space with stunning views of the mountain and ski slopes. The apartment features one bedroom and additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, making it ideal for families or small groups. Located at the foot of the ski slopes, this property offers easy access to outdoor activities. The accommodation is equipped with modern amenities such as two TVs, electric heating, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Conveniently located just 100 meters from the ski resort, this apartment is an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts. The city center is only 200 meters away, and a supermarket is located 500 meters from the property, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The family-friendly zone and the beautiful mountainous area provide a serene environment for relaxation and outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
