Perfectly situated just 50 m from the slopes, this inviting holiday home in Orcières accommodates up to 4 guests. Located in the scenic Southern Alps, it's ideal for snow-seekers and mountain lovers alike, with the Sherpa supermarket just 450 m away and the cozy restaurant L'Endroit only 150 m from your doorstep.

Inside, the living space features a comfortable double sofa bed, bunk bed, and a TV for relaxing after alpine adventures. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential dishes and cutlery—perfect for homemade meals. The modern bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Guests enjoy internet access, a private balcony with mountain views, and convenient elevator access in the building. This apartment offers comfort and unbeatable proximity to Orcières’ winter playground.
