With 2 comfortable bedrooms and an open-plan layout, it’s perfect for families seeking a relaxing holiday near the beach. Located just 450 meters from the sandy shore and 2 km from both restaurants and supermarkets, the villa sits in a peaceful, family-friendly zone ideal for unwinding.

The property features a private fenced garden with outdoor furniture and a sunny terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. Guests enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning, electric heating, a TV, and access to a communal heated swimming pool. Open-air parking is available within the same building, adding ease to your stay.

The fully equipped electric kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Whether you're preparing a beach picnic or a cozy dinner, this villa ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. Located at Avenue des Pattes Rouges, Apartment 71, Sérignan 34410, it’s your gateway to the Mediterranean charm of southern France.
