We are delighted to welcome you in our modern two-room apartment situated right on the seafront, just at the beginning of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Offering an unbeatable combination of comfort, style, and convenience, this accommodation is the perfect place to enjoy your seaside escape.

The apartment is located in a building with lift, concierge and bike shed and it can accommodate up to 5 guests. Depending on availability, the unit may be situated on either the 9th or 11th floor. You will find a spacious living room with a double sofa-bed and a pull-out single bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and microwave, a beautiful terrace with panoramic seaview where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, intercom and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
