Have breakfast on the balcony facing the pine trees!
Apartment situated at walking distance from the beach and Therme. Supermarket, newsagent, rotisserie, bar and pizzeria are located downstairs. Restaurants and a very good bakery are across the street.Casa Dora is located in the center of Lido del Sole, one of the greenest areas of Bibione. Being at the center of it all the apartment can sometimes become noisy. It sleeps 5, with 3 twin bed, a double bed. Air conditioning . Private parking.
Bibione offers 7 km of sandy beach, long and short bike lanes to the light house and the lagoon (through a ferry passage). The beach is well serviced, with a lot of amenities. If you want to explore more, than hop on a car and discover the many small restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes, locally sourced wine and a lot more.

We offer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
If you have a particular need regarding check in and check out please let us know and we might find a solution.

If you need wi-fi please let us know ahead of time. We will charge a 10€ fee for it.

We do not provide sheets and towels. We strongly encourage our guests to bring their own.
You can request bedding and towels at an extra cost:
€12 per person for sheets
€12 per person for towels
Beach towels are NOT provided.
You should bring bedding for the kid's cot

Touristic tax: €1.15 per day/ person over 4yrs of age for the touristic tax. I will collect this tax at arrival.
Basic cleaning is to be carried out by you as the customer, regardless of the fact that a professional final clean will be carried out.

Perfectly happy, amazing host and beautiful apartment

Everything was just as described and better. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every second. Vanessa is an amazing and empathic host and always there if you need something. The communication is easy and fast. The location of the apartment is just perfect and everything that you need is right in front of you (restaurants, bars, Gelateria, beach, supermarket,...). The apartment is clean and spacious, we sat on the balcony every morning and evening and enjoyed our food. It's well equipped and everything is working properly. We really can't complain about anything. We'll definitely come every year! Thank you so much again.

Sehr gute Wahl

Man ist hier mitten im Geschehen. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Jedoch muss man sich auch dementsprechend mit Lärm von 6 Uhr bis 0:30. Pizzarien und Mehrere Mercatos ziehen viele Menschen. Die Wohnung bietet viele Platz. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund. Dafür war die Wohnung eigentlich zu groß. Aber das wussten wir von Beginn an. 1 enger Pkw Stellplatz ist dabei. Für Fahrräder gibt es keine Möglichkeit sie abzustellen. Entsprechend muss man sie immer wieder verstellen, damit die Hausverwaltung nicht meckert. Ich könnte hier ein Buch über alles schreiben. Wir waren 4 Wochen. Die Vermieter und Eigentümer sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne saubere geräumige Wohnung

Sehr gemütliche geräumige Wohnung, neu hergerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet (ohne Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, was mich nicht stört und aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich ist), sehr sauber, tolle Klimanlage. Auch das Wohnhaus mit Lift ist ordentlich gepflegt. Netter Balkon mit Pinien davor. Sehr nahe vom Strand. Parkplatz hinter Schranken gleich nebenan im Hof. Praktisch: 2 Geschäfte gleich unterhalb und Strandshops ums Eck. Durch 2 Lokale direkt unterhalb der Fenster allerdings sehr laut bis 1 Uhr nachts, was kein Problem ist, wenn man wie viele Urlauber hier sogar mit Kindern, sehr spät ausgeht. Für Ruhebedürftige in der Hauptsaison nicht so geeignet. In der Früh ist täglich schon ab 7/8 Uhr die Müllabfuhr unterwegs, aber das ist im ganzen Viertel so. Dafür ist alles sehr sauber. Äußerst nette sympathische Vermieterin, die sehr entgegenkommend ist.

Die Wohnung und die Kommunikation waren super. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Da sie sehr zentral liegt (Pizzeria, Bar und Markt) ist vor 23:00 Uhr leider keine Ruhe und ab 5:00-9:00 Uhr Anlieferung und Müllabholung unterwegs. Eher laut. Der Weg zum Strand ist 5min zu Fuß. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung ist super gewesen auch der Parkplatz ist für einen Kombi i.O. Kommunikation läuft auch während dem Urlaub per WhatsApp. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Casa Dora is the family's vacation apartment since many many years. It is well kept, renovated, loved and have given us good memories. We hope it will do the same to you.
The geographic area is diverse and interesting. The river is just 20 minutes away by bike. The sea is 2 minutes away. Venice can be reached by car, bus or boat. You will have so many things to choose from you want get disappointed.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is very convenient. It is 2 minutes walk from the beach, so you can comfortably go back home for lunch, a nap, or quickly if you forgot something (which always happened to us!). You have news stand, two supermarkets, a rotisserie, a pizzeria downstairs. If you feel like singing to the moon, the beach is open throughout the night. Restaurants are across the street as well as a bakery to die for (get up early cause they finish their goods quickly!).
You can park inside a closed parking lot, and forget about traffic. Just enjoy your vacation.
