Kitchen with full sized oven/hob, undercounter fridge and separate freezer, and microwave.

Lounge with TV/Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed and dining area.

Key safe worked fine, reception staff on site helpful. Caravan facilities good but didn't look like it had been cleaned very well. Animal hairs, dirt and mould on front windowsill and net curtains. Greasy finger marks round, fireplace, tv, kitchen cupboards and handles. Something green frozen in freezer. Found instructions for cooker in a cupboard but they were not for the cooker in the caravan. Luckily found a lighter in a drawer. Needs instructions for boiler inside the boiler cupboard. Mould in shower corners. Good location overall, plenty of kitchen utensils, fairly comfortable seatind and bed. Good layout.

We are, however, very concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide our guests, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We also note your comments regarding the cooker and boiler instructions and the other maintenance points you highlighted. These are important for us to address, and we will ensure our cleaning and maintenance teams review and improve on these areas immediately. We would like to mention that we did not receive a call from you during your stay. Had we known about these issues at the time, we could have arranged for a team member to revisit the property and rectify them right away.
