Each flat is thoughtfully designed with comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and serene bedrooms. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood with excellent transport links, this accommodation is ideal for students, professionals, and leisure travelers alike.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Includes modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

A cozy dining space ideal for enjoying meals or working from home.
Living Space:
A welcoming living area with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Bathroom:
A modern, clean bathroom with essential amenities.

We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our guests. As part of this commitment, we require a security deposit of £150 for all stays in our newly refurbished property. This deposit helps ensure that our apartment is treated with the same care and respect we put into maintaining it.
The security deposit will be automatically refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. Please note that the deposit is held securely by our third party payment system, Stripe and is not transferred to us directly.

We also require you to sign our rental terms and conditions which will be digitally accessible after booking.
BOTH, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE ACCESSBILE VIA A SECURED PAYMENT LINK WHICH WILL BE SENT TO YOU RIGHT AFTER BOOKING.

We are located in a residential community and it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of ❗️10pm and 8am❗️noise should be kept to a minimum. Please note that a noise monitor is installed on the premises to ensure that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits. If the noise exceeds the set threshold, we will receive notifications. It is important to adhere to the three strike rule regarding noise disturbances. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for the comfort of all
guests.
