We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our guests. As part of this commitment, we require a security deposit of £150 for all stays in our newly refurbished property. This deposit helps ensure that our apartment is treated with the same care and respect we put into maintaining it.

The security deposit will be automatically refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. Please note that the deposit is held securely by our third party payment system, Stripe and is not transferred to us directly.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible but must be agreed 48 HOURS prior to check in/check out

★ QUIET TIME
We are located in a residential community and it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of ❗️10pm and 8am❗️noise should be kept to a minimum. Please note that a noise monitor is installed on the premises to ensure that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits. If the noise exceeds the set threshold, we will receive notifications. It is important to adhere to the three strike rule regarding noise disturbances. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for the comfort of all
guests.
