Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with stunning sea views in the tranquil yet convenient residential area of El Paraiso in Estepona. The apartment is just a short drive to Estepona´s beautiful beaches, vibrant Puerto Banus and Marbella. Nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and top golf courses. The apartment comes with plenty of free parking spaces and a serene pool area.

Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and spacious built in wardrobes. Air condition and heating can be regulated in each room individually.

The spacious terrace with the spectacular sea view can be used all year round thanks to our flexible glass curtains which can fully enclose the terrace during the cooler months of winter.

The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation with mainly permanent residents. The quiet and gated pool area is sun filled all day and offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and bathrooms.

everything about are stay was excellent. We were greeted on arrival and shown all the necessary things we would need to know about the apartment and amenities in the community;The apartment was well stocked, the beds and bedding were exceptional, A great view from a large deck that included a full glass enclosure that was easy to open.The host was very gracious, checking in occasionally to see if everything was alright. A definite 10 out of 10.
