Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the modern holiday apartment "High standard beach front apartment" is located in Estepona. The 150 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. One baby bed is available upon request.



Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed, and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The holiday apartment also has a shared indoor pool for you to enjoy.

Nieves didn't meet us by himself, but everything was organized in a proper way, so we have no single problem checking in, out and during the stay. Pros: We stayed in the B block of Mar Azul apartments in August when it was very hot. Thankfully the air conditioning was superb and included in the price. Everything about this boutique resort is high end and it's almost perfect. The pool is incredible and Santiago who runs the pool bar is a great asset to the place. Only complaints would be that wifi was slow (but they're working on that for next year apparently) and there's no shops within walking distance.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment I took my disabled Father, Mother and teenage daughter so it’s not fun trying to find somewhere that suits all - but Mar Azul is perfect for us all. From start to finish, Nieves couldn’t have been more perfect as a host - even adding a DVD player to provide additional entertainment for them The property is spotless, and the contents are fabulous. Excellent location right on the beach and walking distance to excellent restaurants. Online delivery from Carrefour was so useful for when we arrived. The managers collect from the airport so no messing with taxis, and the pool bar cooks pretty much anything you fancy Cannot rate this highly enough!

Pros: We stayed at apartment B10 at Mar Azul and had a great time. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything you could want and overlooks the pool and sea, so is very quiet. The resort is top notch and staff very friendly and helpful. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Estepona only a short drive away. The beach is not great directly outside the resort, but a short walk to the left takes you to Laguna Beach which is wide and sandy. There are plenty of activities close by -golf courses, dune buggy tours, water parks, places to visit. Whether you want a quiet time or not, this is a great location! The owner Nieves is very friendly and helpful. and provides lots of information to make the most of your stay. Thank you Nieves for a fabulous holiday!

Pros: All rooms are generous, everything is modern and clean , nothing was missing! You can live as you do at home. The sea view can be enjoyed when sitting outside on the terasse for breakfast. We travelled with a teenager , the apartment was absolutely appropriate for this situation as we had 2 bathrooms , 2 restrooms. The Mar Azul is located between Estepona ( center) and Marbella. The concierges working there were quite nice and helped us whenever it was necessary. We had a rental car to be flexible and to be able to go to Gibraltar, Ronda etc... it is close by and worth travelling there as a day trip. We had just a short problem with the television, but our owner of the apartment has arranged everything for us in a short term, moreover, he is very nice and helps if necessary . We loved being there and will go there again and recommend this apartment to our friends. Gracias por todo Nieves, un día volveremos :-)

Pros: The apartment, the complex and pool are simply outstanding. There is nothing we could fault. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, has everything you could possibly want/need and is like a home away from home. The complex is extremely well maintained and the pool is second to none. The property owner has been friendly, responded immediately to emails and provided us with lots of useful information and hints & tips. Just great! Estepona is a good base to do a little bit of everything and there are great restaurants within walking distance. It was a perfect holiday!

Pros: We had a WONDERFULL holiday. The owner is SUPER friendly and will give you all the interesting information that you need. Every question is answered really quickly. This beautifull apartment with spectacular sea views is located near Estepona town (which we LOVE). Large bedrooms/bathrooms are provided. The apartment is very well equiped, you will find everything that you need. In Estepona town you will find hundreds of restaurant to choose from. We will spend another couple of years to discover most of them. The harbour of Estepona is also a very nice location to have a drink (also visit the weekly little outside market). Due to it's central position, you have the opportunity to visit many other places in nearby (Puerto Banus, Marbella, Sotogrande, Tarfifa (a bit further), Ronda (a bit further),...). No doubts, just book :-)
