This was a wonderful accommodation and was just as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

There were many things that needed for it to be up to standard. The bathrooms had no plugs in them. We had no pillowcases for our extra pillows. We had no bedding that fit our beds or sheets that fit our beds, not enough towels. No nonslip mat in the very slippery showers and a broken shower handle on one of the bathrooms. Keypad failed on us. They were supposed to be two sets of keys and there were only one so we had to wait for them to bring another set. It’s a good thing. We had an extra set of keys because the keypad failed a couple of times. Anyway, what’s all those things are fixed and it would be a great place to stay.

A fantastic place for a multi-family trip. Plenty of room for my family of four, my parents, and my brother and sister-in-law. However, those with mobility issues may have some difficulty navigating the tight entryway, and the 4-5 steps to get to the elevator. Location is awesome near plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. About a 10-minute walk from Regents Street. My only complaint was when a maintenance person let themselves into our apartment to check on a potential water leak from our unit. It was quite startling as I was given no heads up, and they walked right in. Had it just been myself and the kids in the apartment at the time, I would have been extremely uncomfortable, but fortunately the whole gang was home when this happened.Overall, we all had a fantastic experience at this apartment, and I wouldn't hesitate to come again!
