Set in the peaceful village of Molesme, this delightful holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a perfect escape from daily hustle. Surrounded by historic architecture and scenic countryside, it's ideal for families or friends looking to unwind and explore Burgundy's natural beauty. The home features a cozy sitting room with a pellet stove, TV, and wireless music system, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower await, while a separate guest house offers another bedroom and bathroom with massage shower. Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, terrace, garden, charcoal BBQ, boules court, and bicycles for exploring the area. Enjoy local wines from nearby Côte-d'Or vineyards, stroll through Molesme's charming streets, or relax with party games and a high chair for little ones. With parking on-site and restaurants just 400 m away, this home blends rustic charm with modern comfort.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
