これは、セインの腕に造られ、現在の所有者によって改装された古い工場230m2の石です。

Quiet retreat and spa

Old renovated mill. Very large rooms. Garden and various outside areas fairly extensive. Sauna and hot tub area great. Plenty of separate places to eat or relax. A quiet village so transport needed but supermarkets only a few kilometers away.

Fantastic property

We enjoyed a relaxing week here, the property is well equipped both in the kitchen and the rest of the house. The location is rural yet only 1.5hrs from Dijon and the Burgundy wine region is on the doorstep. The hot tub and sauna are a wonderful way to relax overlooking the river. The host was helpful.

Spectacular restored home with all comforts for a large group of friends or family. Beautiful, large garden on the Seine. Very quiet, peaceful location with close access to many beautiful attractions. Michel and Nathalie are lovely people!! Very highly recommended!!

The dogs came too…

Fantastic property, couldn’t want for more. After having to cancel twice because of Covid, this break was long overdue. The weather was fab, the house, gardens, river and spa amazing and Michel very hospitable. This is a new area to us and we will definitely be returning.

Are you looking for peace and quiet in Burgundy .... Le Moulin sur la Seine is perfect

we were a group of 5 adults with a dog. we spent a total of 12 days in this beautiful old house. Our arrival was easy and also welcoming. Because the gate to the property was already open, the front door was not locked and we were able to take our first tour without rushing. We felt this was a very generous gesture from our landlord Michel and his charming wife. The property has been lovingly renovated and offers all the amenities to spend a nice, peaceful holiday. The overall impression in real is as in the pictures posted on different platforms. The house and kitchen is practical and equipped with everything you need and much more. All bedrooms and bathrooms are almost perfect....we slept like in heaven. The house was also very clean and welcoming with a surprise in fridge - bottle of Cremant and milk products from Michel's Farm. The very large and varied garden is simply stunning. With romantic, shady corners to relax and literally let your soul dangle. And the whole ambience is topped by the Seine directly behind the house. Your might have noticed - our group loved it. A big compliment to the entire Payot family in particular to Michel as the host. Our group wishes you Michel a happy and prosperous 2022 Gabriele (in the name of the entire group)

Un tres bon séjour , le moulin est tres bien equipé et tout est pensé pour que l on se sente chez soi. Parfait pour les reunions en famille ou entre amis et le tout parfaitement orchestré par le propriétaire. un adresse incontournable.

Eine tolle Woche in Burgund

Das ganze Objekt ist super hergerichtet und gepflegt. Ob in der großzügigen Aussenanlage oder im Haus selber: Überall entdeckt man kleine Details, die den Aufenthalt bereichern. Auch Michel, der Vermieter, war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, und hat sich mit uns (und unserem gebrochenen Französisch) große Mühe gegeben! Also: Eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung, wir sind nur sehr ungern wieder weggefahren!

Gîte d'exception, excellentes prestations, rapport qualité prix imbattable. Michel, le propriètaire a une vraie vision hoteliere et un vrai sens du service, c est trés appréciable car cela se fait rare aujourd'hui. Un grand merci à lui pour ce séjour parfait en famille.

Idéalement situé entre Paris et Lyon. Nous avons séjourné dans ce lieu paradisiaque entre cousins avec notre grand-mère. Nous y étions tellement bien que nous nous sommes promis de revenir et même plus longtemps la prochaine ! Lieu parfait

Einfach ein Traum

Schon bei der Begrüßung und dem Rundgang hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Entscheidung dieses Objekt gebucht zu haben einfach richtig war. Das Haus mit einem tollen Grundstück liegt unmittelbar am Fluss Seine der auch durch Paris fließt. Der Ort ist relativ klein aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bestens vorhanden. Im Haus selber war alles was man braucht und es war überdurchschnittlich sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem sodass man sehr gut schlafen konnte. Das beste ist aber die Außenanlagen mit beheizbaren Whirlpool und Sauna. Wir waren dort mit 7 Mann zur jährlichen Stammtischfahrt und alle hatten die Meinung, dass es bislang die beste Fahrt war, was auch mit großen Anteil am Haus lag. Vielen Dank an Gastgeber Michel für die angenehme Zeit, wir haben es sehr genossen. Best Grüße Paul

Aux petits soins

Tout est fait par Michel pour que vous passiez un séjour exceptionnel. Le lieu est tellement agréable qu’on n’a plus envie de partir. Un grand merci pour toutes les petites attentions. Et je conseille de passer commande aux producteurs locaux car leurs produits sont délicieux, en particulier les yahourts. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour.

Wij, inmiddels opa en oma, samen met onze twee kinderen, hun partners en 4 kleinkinderen. Het ruime huis bood volop mogelijkheden, er zijn heel veel faciliteiten, spelen etc, zowel binnen als buiten. Michel had bij aankomst een hollands sprekende kennis gevraagd ons welkom te heten en wat zaken uit te leggen, zeer zorgzaam. Bedden zijn goed, het huis is voldoende ruim, omgeving is prachtig, kortom we hebben een geweldige week gehad.

Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre magnifique, propriétaire accueillant. Nous avons passés 5 jours dans cette magnifique maison dans laquelle nous nous sentions comme à la maison mais sans le stress du quotidien, un endroit exceptionnel pour se reposer et se ressourcer.

Pleasant winter getaway

We spent a few pleasant days at the Mill, enjoying this comfortable, clean and well appointed house. There is a wonderful salon with a fireplace and comfortable couches, perfect for reading, watching movies or napping and just enjoying down time. The owner is helpful and gracious. We'll look forward to staying again next we need a break.

Exceptionnelle propriété

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Bourgogne grâce à l’hospitalité de Michel et à la qualité de son gite. La propriété est spacieuse et peut confortablement accueillir deux familles. La cuisine est le cœur de la maison où tous aiment à se retrouver. Elle est tres bien équipée en vaisselle, casseroles et électroménager et la préparation des repas — même pour 15 personnes — ne pose aucun problème. La maison est en excellent état, intelligemment rénovée, avec de beaux murs de pierre et une décoration qui marie tradition et modernité. Les chambres offrent chacune le rangement nécessaire même pour un séjour de longue durée. L’espace extérieur est très accueillant et permet aux adultes de se détendre au calme et aux enfants de jouer à la pétanque ou au ping-pong ou de se rafraîchir dans la Seine. Des jeux de société et des puzzles sont aussi disponibles pour divertir petits et grands. L’accueil réservé par Michel et Evelyn à leurs invités est tout simplement exceptionnel : beaucoup d’attention, de flexibilité et de soin. Michel est prêt à répondre à toutes les questions, aide à découvrir cette belle region et partage généreusement de délicieux produits locaux. Nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre séjour dans le Chatillonnais et espérons pouvoir profiter de cette belle propriété à nouveau dans le futur.

Belle maison de vacances au calme à la campagne

Le gîte s’est présenté tel que décrit dans l’annonce et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Michel. On remarque que ce gîte est entretenu par la famille, rien n’y manque, il est très propre et on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. La maison est spacieuse, à quatre avec nos deux jeunes filles pas de problème de place. Le jardin est grand et on peut s’y retirer au calme, nous avons passé des heures à jouer au badminton et au ping-pong. Malheureusement suite à la sécheresse de fin juillet nous n’avons pas pu faire de la barque sur le petit bras de Seine, ce qui est probablement possible au printemps ou à l’automne. En tout et pour tout une très belle semaine en Bourgogne, merci Michel !

Communication claire avec monsieur Michel. C’est un monsieur très sympathique. Belle maison avec un beau jardin et tout le confort. Tout est très bien entretenu. Il est très pratique de garer la voiture sur son propre terrain. Nous n'avons trouvé aucun négatif. Nous aimerions revenir ici.

So when the opportunity to acquire it arrived, sharing this dreamed place with visitors of his native region became an evidence.

Beautifully converted watermill. Very spacious house. Independant. Secured courtyard. Peaceful raised garden, without screw has screw, on the banks of river Seine with secured access for children and pets. Very quiet location, in a dead end street and 5mn far from the city and all shops.
Closeness to cultural visits, many places of interest are unless 30mn by car.
