Beautiful summer house located in the outer row by the water with a view of the fjord from both the house and the large natural grounds of 5000m2. There is plenty of space for play and relaxation. Private petanque court, wilderness bath, campfire site in the garden. Only about 100 m to the fjord. At the beach, there are good swimming opportunities, shared bathing jetties, barbecue and bench sets, playground, and fishing opportunities for sea trout. From two of the bedrooms, you can wake up to the overwhelming view of the fjord and step directly out onto the terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher and living room with TV with Chromecast and wireless internet/WIFI. Sleeping arrangements. There are two large bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed plus a 120 cm bed. The other bedroom has a double bed and a cozy corner. In the annex, there is a 140 cm double bed and a room with two single beds, a cozy corner, and a small refrigerator. There are two bathrooms in the cottage. In addition, there is a crib, changing table, and high chair. Wood-burning stove in the living room. The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and electricity. Private petanque court in the garden. 5 x 15 meter court with a view of the fjord. A wonderful, relaxing game for the whole family. New wilderness bath for 6 people. Relaxed enjoyment with panoramic views of the fjord. Free firewood is provided. There is a 2-person kayak and life jackets (use at your own risk/insurance). There is a terrace with garden furniture on both the south and north sides of the house, as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can follow the changing weather and look out over the fjord, where the sky and water can change colors and cloud formations in a split second. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
