Two bathrooms with showers make mornings effortless, while the fully equipped kitchen includes basic ingredients, essential cookware, crockery and cutlery, an electric kettle, and everything needed for easy home-style meals. Safety and peace of mind are ensured with two installed fire alarms, and self check-in allows for a smooth, flexible arrival. Free parking is available directly on the premises. Outdoors, the home invites you to enjoy life by the sea. A grill/barbecue is perfect for shared meals, a hammock offers a quiet spot to unwind, and the nearby bathing pier provides direct access to the water for swimming or leisurely dips. Please note that the house is accessed via a small staircase and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
