ELEVEN Studio is located in the strict city center of Rovinj (pedestrian area). The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. Interior size is 47 m2. It is located on floor: 0. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.It is not possible to access the accommodation with a car because it is located in a pedestrian area.
PARKING: Private parking is possible at a location nearby, in 10 minutes walking distance (550m). The cost of the parking is 15€ per day. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. Reservation is needed.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Check-in: 15:00- 22:00 Check-out: 06:00 -10:00

Accommodation is situated in Rovinj - small romantic town on the west coast of the Istrian Peninsula. Crowded with colourful houses, narrow streets, small squares and many art galleries.
It is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean. It was once a fishing town and today is one of the most popular and most developed tourist resorts in Croatia.

High-end vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Rovinj! The location is great for enjoying the city and it was steps from great restaurants, shops, churches, and the waterfront. The room itself was clean and modern with a nice kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Hosts were also very kind, helping us coordinate parking and find the apartment. Would definitely recommend! - Also if you get the chance, try the gelato on the corner 25m to the east (some of the best we’ve ever had).

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Studio Eleven. Nadira was extremely kind and friendly, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She organised private parking nearby for us and even left complimentary coffee, water, fresh fruit, and cookies in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The accommodation itself is lovely, very comfortable, and in a great location with everything close by. Nadira also told us to call anytime if we needed anything, which was very reassuring. We definitely recommend staying here – it’s a perfect choice!

Extraordinary journey!

Très bon logement, très joli et très bien situé. Toutefois nous l’avons trouvé mal isolé sur la rue passante où nous entendions absolument tout. Nous recommandons ce logement qui reste qualitatif, mais attention aux personnes sensibles aux bruits car nous le sommes et malheureusement à cause de ça nous n’avions pas très bien dormi.

Świetna aranżacja i klimat wnętrza, apartament nowy i w pełni wyposażony, dobrze działające ogrzewanie, lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Sklep spożywczy Konzum 3 minuty piechotą. Apartament oferuje parking za 15 euro za dobę i warto z niego skorzystać ponieważ parking miejski kosztuje 2 euro za godzinę. Pobyt w kwietniu 2025, więc poza sezonem, zgiełku z ulicy nie było słychać.
