The ideal carefree vacation can be found in the sweet ‘Casa Aurora’, a semi-detached home (160 m²), renovated with all modern amenities and air conditioning, accommodating 6 to 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
- The main floor is entered in an open space living room with comfortable couches and TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Access to the outdoor covered terrace and garden. Bedroom with double sofa bed (see notes below) and bathroom with shower.
- On the first floor are two more bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed and TV, in-room bathtub, and toilet. A bedroom with two single beds plus a bunk beds with other two single beds, and bathroom with shower.
- Going down to the basement level you’ll find the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outside you can relax in your private garden (200 m²) with deckchairs, and enjoy outdoor meals on the shaded covered terrace.

This holiday home is situated in an exclusive lakefront residence ‘Isola del Bosco’ with other houses: within a gated community, secured by a guardian, it is a safe haven for kids of any age to play freely so the parents can cherish their relaxed vacation! There is a shared large swimming pool with lifeguard, a tennis court, and a huge lawn bordering the lake. Several spots will invite you to take a refreshing dip in the waters or just to enjoy the views over Lake Maggiore and beyond.

The Casa Aurora is located near the village center of Meina (1 km) where you find your local bakery, grocery shop and a few restaurants. The lively town of Arona is less than 5 km away with its beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona's railway station connects you directly with the centre of Milan. Only 11 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - CASA AURORA:
Included:
Electricity, gas, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, baby bed and high chair, private garden, 1 garage and 1 uncovered parking, shared residence facilities swimming pool (30 x 10m; depth from 1 to 3m), tennis court (20 euro per hour), park with garden and lake access.

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
- Cleaning (obligatory): 250 euro per week
- Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 120 euro
- Heating (seasonal): consumption metered at 2,50 euro/m³
- Boat place: upon request
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- The bedroom on the main floor has a door internally to the living room and also a door to the outside, so it can be used as an independent space with its own private entrance.
- The shared swimming pool is approximately open from June to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.
