The vaulted brick ceilings, a welcoming terrace for spring breakfasts and lunches, the paintings and works of the owner Patrizia, will welcome you warmly in this crossroads of history and contemporaneity. We\'ll take care of the rest!



We are located in the heart of Rome, in the historic center, but also well connected to the city\'s main way of transport.

Walking along Via dello Statuto, known for Regoli, a very famous pastry shop that produces Maritozzi romani every day, you will reach the Roman Forum and the Colosseum in just a few minutes.



Atelier dello Statuto has just been renovated, maintaining the historicity of the spaces and walls (such as the brick vault), but furnished in a modern key. The touch of personalization are the works of Patrizia, the owner, who occasionally adds her mark to the interior.



The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and to complete a comfortable terrace!



Bath towels and courtesy kit are available for free for guests. Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV are just some of the amenities of this very special accommodation.
