Our beautifully restored property blends heritage charm with modern functionality, offering a unique and comfortable living experience. As part of an 18th century historical site, the building has been redesigned with sustainability and guest comfort at its core. Each apartment features enhanced sound insulation, creating a peaceful and private environment despite our central location. Communal areas, including corridors and courtyard access points, are monitored by discreet CCTV to ensure safety while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The landscaped courtyard acts as a calming extension of your living space, with comfortable seating, ambient evening lighting and quiet areas for relaxing or reading. Complimentary Wi Fi is available throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors. Guests can make use of secure bicycle racks and complimentary Pashley bicycles to explore Dunstable and the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside. A secure gated entrance provides added reassurance throughout your stay. Long stay guests benefit from weekly housekeeping, including fresh linen and towels. Waste disposal is easy, with clearly labelled recycling and composting points in the courtyard supporting our sustainability programme. Heating, lighting and air quality systems have been upgraded to energy efficient models, and every apartment features our signature filtered air purification system for consistently fresh, clean air. From recycled furnishings to reclaimed landscaping materials, every detail reflects Harper Luxe s commitment to luxury, sustainability and thoughtful design. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our house rules, also available anytime through your Harper Luxe Concierge App. Kindly close the front gate behind you as the magnetic lock secures the property, and please ensure guests and deliveries do the same. Housekeeping attends every 7th day to refresh linen, towels and carry out a general clean. To maintain air purification, avoid opening the sliding sash windows in the bedroom and lounge, but the rear courtyard window may be opened. Smoking is prohibited indoors, with a designated area provided in the courtyard. For safety, no lit candles, vaping, or electric scooter/VAP charging is permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Recycling bags are provided for general waste, recycling and food waste, with bins located in the courtyard, including a composting bin. A TerraCycle bag with guidance is also supplied. Please remove all rubbish before check out and use the refuse bins in the storage cupboard at the end of the courtyard. Heating is set for comfort from 6:30 8:30 am and 6:30 9:30 pm; adjustments can be made via the welcome pack or by contacting us. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant stay for everyone, and we are always here to assist.

Harper Luxe offers excellent transport links for easy travel. Just two minutes away, the Luton Dunstable Busway provides fast, traffic free routes to Luton town centre, Luton Airport and nearby train stations, where London is only 42 minutes by rail. Drivers are also minutes from the M1, including Junctions 11, 11a and 9. Long stay guests have access to secure parking just a short walk from the apartments. Priory View Car Park (LU5 4FG), only 2 3 minutes away, offers safe parking. To use the permit holder bays, please provide your vehicle registration, make, model and colour at least five days before arrival so we can register it with the local council. Parking is free on Sundays and paid Monday Saturday unless registered. Only one free parking space is available per apartment. The nearby Quadrant Shopping Centre Car Park is another convenient option, especially if you re shopping or dining. Both car parks offer EV charging points for eco conscious travellers. Please note that vehicle registration requires 48 hours notice, and weekend arrivals may incur charges if not pre registered. Taxis, private car hire and a chauffeur Meet Greet limousine service are also available upon request (charges apply).
