The house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! love it had enough beds for all of us. The master was my favorite with a jacuzzi bath tub and the view to the lake was very nice! I would recommend this home and will be booking again hopefully soon!!!!

Our stay was great, no issues. The home had everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet.

This home is in a great location, close to beach access and in a private neighborhood. Home had plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and the enclosed backyard was nice for the puppy.

We had an incredible stay! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. The location is ideal. It's about a 10-minute drive to Stateline, where you'll have access to shopping (Target!), restaurants, and nightlife. There's also a Safeway nearby, which was very convenient. There's also a trail to Cave Rock across the highway, which made for an unforgettable sunset hike with stunning views. Inside, the house was luxurious, spacious, and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Every appliance you can think of was there (even an Instant Pot and a fondue pot). We loved cooking meals and eating together at the big dining table. The beds were comfy, and the backyard was perfect for our pup. The garage had everything you might need for the beach. We brought our own paddleboards, but they had two available for use as well as kayaks. It was so convenient to be able to leave our boards inflated in the garage and just carry them down to the beach to launch. The streets are very narrow, and we were unable to fit our extended-cab Toyota Tundra in the garage, but it was fine parked in the driveway next to our other car. My son and his wife had a third car, which they were able to park at Harrah's (free for active military!) due to the 2-car maximum. Our host was fantastic. He was super responsive and even offered to pick up our extra trash, so we didn't overfill the bear boxes. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This place was broken down, filthy, stinky, and awful. The toilet was broken. The carpets were filthy and stained with pee and poop. The kitchen counter was chipped and cracked! The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it! It was emphatically not a luxury rental. And one of the “bedrooms” was the family room with a bunk bed in the corner. Nothing in the listing was true except that it was walking suit the lake.

Vacation

Overall nice property. Short walk to a private beach. Property was will equipped with everything we needed. I would give it 5 stars except for the ant problem described below. I was surprised to see notices posted in the house encouraging everyone to be inside by 9pm. For quiet hours. We would sit out on the porch enjoying the outside and then suddenly come inside at 9pm or face a $2,000 fine. Though it wasn't a problem for my group (we were wiped out by 9pm), management needs to mention this requirement upfront. Also, one of the bathrooms had an ant infestation which made it impossible to use. I took pictures and sent to management. The only thing that was done was to put out an ant trap when they really needed is to send an exterminator. Ants remained in the bathroom for the entirety of our 6 day stay.

Absolutely Amazing!

By far, the best vacation rental experience I've ever had. From the booking to the moment we locked up and left…nothing but 5 stars. The home is gorgeous and well maintained. There were a few minor aesthetic damages, but we documented them and notified the property manager. Also, the location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to the lake and a 12 min drive to the casinos, ski resorts and shopping. We will be back FOR SURE.

Holiday weekend with family

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for our group. There are a lot of stairs so we would recommend for anyone with toddlers ,1-1yrs old be sure to bring a baby gate or two otherwise you will be forever chasing them up and down stairs. The hot tub jets were not working but got warm enough to enjoy. Parking was really the only thing that was frustrating as it said 3 cars allowed only to get there and find that only 2 were allowe. Luckily they were able to allow us to park our 3rd car close by but for an additional fee, which frankly felt wrong but whatever. We still had a great time.

Christmas at Tahoe

We stayed at this beautiful Tahoe home for Christmas. We were a party of 10 and the house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms (5) and plenty of room for us all. Also, house was well maintained and stocked with all necessities. It was a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Tahoe

My family and I had a great time on our visit to Lake Tahoe. What a truly beautiful place. Our VRBO home was very nice and well-appointed with one significant exception. The prominently advertised Hot Tub did not work appropriately throughout our stay. We were counting on spending relaxing time in the tub after full days hiking and/or on the water. When I reported the situation to mgt the problem could not be fixed. It was apparent that mgt knew the Hot Tub required repairs however they had made no effort to fix the unit before our arrival. Very disappointing response from mgt to my concerns. This issue made an otherwise wonderful trip a bit of a downer.

Perfect Vacation Spot

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of space for everyone and the dogs got a fenced yard. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and lake and quick drive to shopping and entertainment.

We enjoyed our week in Tahoe. Great location, 25 minutes to Carson City. 10 mins to S. Tahoe. Day trips to Napa and Yosemite. The home accomodated 10 easy!

Great Family get together!

This rental worked perfectly for our family get together to celebrate mom/grandma/greatgrandma’s 84th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and our four legged children. Working with Zorka and the local property manager was seamless and both were very easy to get ahold of. Overall I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back this summer.

Great location and house

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for us, good back yard for hot tubbing and building snowmen. I’d for sure stay again. Little beach was still accessible in snow and dogs loved running around over there. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small, but other two were big! Thanks for having us.

Family Vacation

Finally had a family vacation! This house was setup very nice for 10 people. Everyone had their own space. It is a few steps from the water which was wonderful! We had a glitch with construction on the street to and from the house which limited us greatly from coming and going. The management office was very understanding of our concerns and proceeded to help us work it out. They answered the phone and texts right away. They were very good at communicating with us. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!!!!

Amazing Home

This home was awesome. The 3 story setup worked perfect for our 3 family vacation. Everyone had a great bedroom/bathroom and the main floor was perfect for playing games, etc. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We had a few minor issues (learning curve on how to work the thermostats and coffee pot was really difficult) but the Julios (property managers) were fantastic and addressed every need immediately. I would highly recommend this house to everyone and we will definately be back.

East Shore Gem

The house is fantastic, well kept, full of everything you need. Loved the garage full of floats, kayaks, paddle board, etc. We loved the isolated location, the views and private beach a few steps away. Road to house is tight but parking was fine for 3 cars. Hot tub worked for us and the back yard was nice but had no furniture which would have been nice. We look forward to returning.

House is big with plenty of room. Beach is very nice and private. Website needs to be updated. It says quiet time is 10pm but then they said 9pm. Also pictures weren't correct. The bunk bed and pull out couch are in the downstairs not in a room. We were told the high chair was in the house and it wasn't and took the next day to be delivered. Hot tub needs to repaired and cleaned. Also we noticed when in the backyard someone was watching us on a security camera. Biggest bummer was dishwasher broke and they couldn't get anyone to come out. Big bummer hand washing dishes for 9 on a family trip. We also had to make a trip to the store to buy all paper products and plastic silverware.

Lakeridge property

Overall we had a nice stay with plenty of amenities. There are some things that are lacking such as on site cleaning supplies, full size broom & dustpan, or a vacuum, and we kept getting visited by Ants. Although there was Ant spray. Some of the cabinetry in the kitchen as well as floors are a bit worn. Seams like normal wear. The access road is tight for large vehicles as well as the driveway is a bit shallow. We were able to fit a Chevy Tahoe in the garage and our Ford F250 in the driveway.

Beautiful cabin right next to the lake!!

Me and my family stayed at this cabin and it was as described! A Beautiful, clean, and spacious cabin within very close walking distance to beautiful Lake Tahoe, right next to Zephyr cove. The hot tub was great to have in the backyard as well. Highly recommend staying here, the host and property managers were very responsive!!
